The gentleman helping us on the line was extremely welcoming and friendly. However, the lady in the back had such a nasty attitude. Came out front and yelled at him right in front of us, no hat, no hairnet, grabbing ahold of ready to eat bread with her bare hands stacking them on top of each other and using her face to hold them still. No wonder there are so many reviews of people getting sick. I worked food service for a decade I couldn’t imagine being that way in a restaurant. Also, bare hands with acrylics on ready to eat food? I’m surprised the place hasn’t been deemed a risk by the health department. THE ONLY Reason I’m giving 3 stars was because the gentleman who helped us was so nice.

Stopped for a quick bite on the way to Columbus. Was a little concerned since it was kind of in the middle of nowhere. It was one of the best subway sandwiches I’ve had. Friendly staff and super quick. The place was packed, and we got out of there within 10 mins with well-made sandwiches.

Got a party platter for working the week of the fourth, everything was good until I took a bite out of a sub and pulled a long hair out of my mouth. Then another employee found a long hair in the veggies, very disgusting and very disappointed. Will never order from them again!

Update 2: Took a 6 month break, ate there once, and had diarrhea the next day.
Are they intentionally or mistakenly food poisoning people??
Edit/update: stopped eating there for months, got one sandwich yesterday and diarrhea again. Have had otherwise normal movements for well over 3 months now when not eating Subway.
Management (or the health department) need to look into hygiene and food safety practices here.

Only get diarrhea about every 5th visit or so. I did have to stop a girl from answering the phone with her gloves on then going back to making my sandwich without changing them.
Fast, usually not too busy, usually pretty clean.

It was great food but hearing the sighs from the workers, because I asked for extra meat was quite aggravating. So with out that I’d give them 5 stars but they need to work pm the workers attitudes.
