Manager were absolutely amazing making the staff and the customers feel safe with an unwanted guest. There was a two men in the store making the female guests and workers feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The male manager was quick to address the situation and involved the police. It was done quietly and tastefully. It is clear that this store valued its people and is run well. Super proud of canes and the food was on point!

Canes is a solid piece of chicken, well prepared well cooked and really great sauce! The only thing is that I wish the chicken and fries had some seasoning because I like my chicken seasoned, also I understand Canes is ment to serve only chicken tenders but after I while I think it’s about time we begin to expend there spectrum a little. Overall Canes isn’t my first choice for chicken but I’d still keep going to eat at it!

Came here for lunch having never been to a Raising Cane’s before. Service was very friendly and personable at the order counter, and the restaurant was very clean and looked nice. The food was ready quickly, and I rather liked it. The sandwich was three chicken fingers instead of one chicken patty, and while I would hace preferred the single piece for ease of eating, the fingers did taste great. Lightly breaded and the chicken wasn’t dry at all. Not quite enough Cane’s sauce to really get that taste, though. The fries were good, but very ordinary. Would come again!

The food and service is almost always great… almost. My only complaint, almost every time I do drive through or order ahead, my drink is wrong. Sounds dumb ik, but when I ask for a Coke Zero, that is what I expect. I shouldn’t have to divulge my medical reasons to guarantee I will get what I order. I should just GET what I order.

I used to be so happy that canes didn’t over salt their fries but now they have started to be just like McDonald’s and the fries are almost inedible because of so much salt! Your fries are good without it! Stop oversalting the fries!

Fast and friendly service. Best chicken you can get in at a fastfood restaurant. The simple menu of only chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, and toast makes a difference I think. The food is always hot when I get it. If you want chicken you can’t go wrong here. This is also one one of the few places to get good sweet tea round here. BTW if there is a line don’t worry they are always fast getting people through asap.

Being from Texas, I had 3 Raising Canes within 2 miles of my home, excellent for the kids. In Minnesota, RCs are hard to find (none in Rochester, they’re only in the Twin Cities metro area). I normally go to Eagan location but that one always has long lines and can take a long time to get your order. This one in Apple Valley seemed as equidistant as Eagan location. No line, it was quick and order was correct! Happy kids, happy wife, happy life!

Great for fast-food and the customer service is always wonderful.
Don’t let the long lines fool you, the food comes out quickly and is worth the short wait.
Was super busy. But was able to get our food quickly.
Ordered two box combos with extra chicken and Texas toast.
Food is great for the price point and the chicken to batter ratio is great.
This reminds me if you were to cook chicken strips at home.
