I decided to order inside, thinking it’d be quick, but nah. I got hit with an insanely long wait. I was legit waiting for my food for over an hour, which is just wild for any restaurant, especially one that’s supposed to be ‘fast.’ The whole time, the crew didn’t even bother to check in or try to fix things. They just straight-up ignored us, like we weren’t even there.
The lack of attention and the crazy long wait turned what should’ve been a quick, easy meal into a super frustrating and draining ordeal. It’s a huge bummer to see such terrible service from such a well-known chain. Def a terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Hard pass.
You are called fast food for a reason, $10 where Publix sub would been better and quicker!!!
I just to go inside and get it for myself… stay away from this place , ain’t worth it
Subject: Service Efficiency & Operational Consistency
Contrary to the prevailing narrative that fast food in high-traffic tourist corridors is a race to the bottom, this location has outperformed its regional peers in the Orlando/International Drive sector.
Audit Findings:
Throughput: Unlike the chaotic wait times found at the 192 or Sand Lake locations, the kitchen rhythm here suggests a functional management hierarchy.
Accuracy: Order accuracy held at 100% despite high-volume “tourist-tier” complexity.
Facility Maintenance: The hygiene of the high-touch surfaces suggests a cleaning rotation that actually exists.
Conclusion:
If you’ve been reading the 1-star rants about “slow service” in this area, consider this a formal debunking. This site is the statistical outlier for the Orlando tour area. While others are drowning in the tourist surge, this team is swimming.
Auditor’s Rating: 4.2/5 (Adjusted for the Fast-Food Curve)
Why allow people to order inside?
