My recent trip to McDonald’s was a total disaster, no cap. Easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in ages. The service was absolutely horrendous, with staff looking completely lost and just not caring about customers at all.
I decided to order inside, thinking it’d be quick, but nah. I got hit with an insanely long wait. I was legit waiting for my food for over an hour, which is just wild for any restaurant, especially one that’s supposed to be ‘fast.’ The whole time, the crew didn’t even bother to check in or try to fix things. They just straight-up ignored us, like we weren’t even there.
The lack of attention and the crazy long wait turned what should’ve been a quick, easy meal into a super frustrating and draining ordeal. It’s a huge bummer to see such terrible service from such a well-known chain. Def a terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Hard pass.

The patty is raw in the inside. I am utterly sick! This is beyond unacceptable and shouldn’t have been served to any customer. I hope the appropriate measures are executed to ensure this does not happen to another customer patronizing this location.

A simple order of quarter pounder and fries paid at 6:08 pm, chose drive thru to get it quick, 6:20pm and still waiting in spot#1. Parking people away to keep up with your timing, defeats the purpose of delivering food in timely manner.

Manager was exceptionally rude! If you don’t like your job, do a different job, but don’t take it out on the customers. I get it… it’s McDonalds, your expectations are lower but this lady this morning was terrible. She would not work in any of my businesses. 9:07 AM on the 2/16/26

I ordered a 6 piece happy meal and the employee chastised me and argued that I didnt. It was the only thing I ordered. They don’t speak English and have no clue what customer service is. Never going back.

Anytime I come here they end up missing food ingredients. Just this morning I left in a rush to work and they didn’t even give me the syrup to eat the hotcakes or eggs. And I payed for both. How can anyone eat pancakes without syrup and why didn’t I get my eggs? I know this sounds like a complaint but it’s been days.

So obviously it’s McDonald’s so I am judging this based on other McDonald’s so I’m not saying McDonald’s is a five-start restaurant just this is a five-star McDonald’s! The staffy are really nice they always seem to help me whenever I mess up and they do mess up the order sometimes but they normally fix it if I come back
