Very fresh authentic pasta with great chewy texture. I was initially worried the portion was a little small but I ended up being stuffed.
You can top your pasta with complimentary parmesan (well they do it for you), but the amount is immense. Very delicious but if you only like light cheese, I wouldn’t recommend requesting it.

Got curious after seeing mixed reviews, so I recently took a visit for dinner. I’ve twirled my fork through hundreds of fast-casual/counter-served pasta in college, and while those meals didn’t have “freshly-made” pasta, they set a baseline for what good fast-casual should taste like. Unfortunately, DalMoros was at the bottom of that pasta spectrum.
What really boiled my noodles was the nickel-and-diming for basic toppings like mushrooms, tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheese. By the time you add the essentials, you’re dishing out prices that compete with the North End’s plates.
We tried two dishes: fusilli with their popular amatriciana sauce and fettuccine with bolognese. First of all, the sauces were bland and watery in general – Amatriciana was decent, but the bolognese was light and bland. Hoping to rescue the bolognese, I added meatballs, but these sad spheres were dry, lifeless, and somehow worse than your average frozen variety.
The fettuccine was no better. Even though I dug in right away, the noodles were clumped together. My guess? Someone skipped a proper stir during the boil, leaving starch unevenly distributed and the pasta sticking together. For a place that advertises “fresh” pasta in its name, the execution was underwhelming.

A very warm and kind manager! we placed an order after their closing time, and when we visited again, he generously gave us triple portions of pasta. The best part is — the pasta was absolutely delicious, just as good as any restaurant in Little Italy. All their pasta is freshly made, and they even invite you to taste the sauces. I’ll definitely come back again!

I have tried 2 pastas from here – the caprese and the pesto. The caprese was great with the pasta literally feeling like the caprese sandwich. The pesto is my favorite but I may be biased! I also love to get the garlic breadstick here.
The workers are awesome, they offered for me to get a taste for the sauce before ordering to make sure I like it which was so nice! My coworkers also rave about this pasta and how good it tastes! 100% recommend ✨

The pasta here is delicious! We usually cook at home but wanted to try DalMoros fresh pasta. Rodrigo was super helpful in helping us pick, theres so many options!! He told us exactly how to prepare it and it came out perfectly. My friend had the pasta made there and she said it was the best pasta! This will be my go to place for pasta now in the neighborhood.
