There is also a frequent issue with their inventory where you only find out once there the item is no longer available. The result is having to wait in line to request refund or replacement item. mobile ordering is for flexibility and convenience, so this needs to be done right the first time. I frequent many Starbucks on a daily basis never had as much issue with this except for this particular location.
