Oh my gosh. This is the fastest Chilis’s I think I have ever been to in my entire life. Our food came out so fast and our waitress was so attentive. She came back multiple times after we received our food just to check if we wanted or needed anything else. Very clean. Friendly staff. And our order was hot and completely correct. Will come back. They also now send you off with a bag of chips which is so great!!

We came in for Valentine’s Day. We don’t have a Chili’s near us. We’ve been looking forward to our Valentine’s date at Chili’s. I understand it was busy, but my bacon cheese burger came out cold. The cheese wasn’t melted and the bun wasn’t toasted. I am a very understanding person. This issue could’ve been resolved quickly by tossing my burger in the microwave, but our waitress didn’t come around for 25 minutes after our food was delivered. I’m just disappointed.

My experience at this restaurant was horrible. I was seated at a table where the seats were wet. I had to get my own napkins to dry off the table while the food came quickly and was hot. The asparagus that I ordered was not cooked when sending it back the manager nor the server Gave any attempts to make me hold as a customer. What are the most disturbing things at the restaurant was watching the people clean the tables. Their mannerisms were one of not caring and why do I have to do this? Eventually, they clean the table for food, napkins, forks, and all other source of emptiness under the table And seated people at that table upon which they had to complain that the area was not clean. it’s not a good luck so needless to say I will not be revisiting this chili. The manager made no effort to come and check on me as a customer even out. I made a complaint about the food all right this was my experience and these are my thoughts, but try for yourself. Maybe you’ll have a better experience.

I thought I’d try this place despite it’s poor reviews, mistake. I ordered the chicken fajitas, they arrived looking rather anemic and were cold. I told the waitress and she offered to have them remade. The next lot were hot but terribly dry and tasteless. The service was mediocre , people would just dump food or drinks onto my table and walk off without a word. Look at the photo and compare it to the Chili’s menu, no fire roasted jalapeno in sight!

Was pretty busy but the service wasn’t bad! The chicken enchilada soup had no chicken in it, so I wouldn’t recommend that. The QP burger had little to no toppings on it and the only options to order the burger were pink or no pink. I ordered “pink” so my burger wasn’t dry, but it wasn’t cooked “pink” and was dry. Small portions of fries with the meals too. The chips and salsa, chicken sandwich, tenders and quesadillas were good. Overall, some good food for a good price and family friendly.

We had Drew as a waiter and he was great. I have no complaints. This was my first time at Chili’s. Drew was very kind and funny. My son is special needs and Drew made it to making my son laugh and feel comfortable. Drew recommended drinks and the drinks he recommended were really good. All of the food that we ordered was definitely a 10 out of 10. As soon as we walked in, we immediately seated, and Food came out extremely fast. I was I could have tipped Drew more because he definitely earned it. Prices are good too.

My family and I have received food from this establishment for over 10 years. The service and food used to be great, but the last couple of orders we’ve placed have been subpar at best, and the carryout service was not good. I recently ordered a platter online that only feeds two people when online says it feeds four. I spoke with the manager, and he wanted to debate how many people a platter feeds. My daughter was also told she would be refunded for the food but never received a refund. I definitely won’t go back to this particular location, and now I understand why the ratings have decreased so much.

Everything past the two horrible hostess was excellent. Please re-educate them on what their job is, they set a tone from the beginning. Now to the relevant parts. My server Melyka was sincerely a breathe of fresh air from the attitude and eye roll I experienced at the beginning, she just walked up with the biggest smile and her Energy was amazing, it actually calmed me down lol. She constantly checked on me. Every runner was also pleasant who brought my food out. The food was hot and fresh. The mozzarella sticks were perfect, the big bites were hot and flavourful and the chicken tender (honey Chipotle) were cooked perfectly and crispy. I ordered a side salad as well that was so pretty (NOT just thrown on plate) It was a busy night, but food came out in a timely matter and job well done ( Besides the hostesses once again, sorry just unnecessary rudeness grinds my gears)

I came in Wednesday afternoon. Our server was crystal. She was amazing. Everytime we needed a drink or to order. She was right there. Great attitude and service. The food was awesome too. Great experience.
