I had a wonderful experience. I was met and seated very quickly, and I got my order in very smoothly. The atmosphere was amazingly peaceful, great for people who love calm. So I ordered a pumpkin cold brew and some bourbon street pancakes with scrambled eggs and chicken sausage, and it was delightful! The pancakes especially, they were some of the best pancakes ever, I barely even used syrup! I will definitely come here again! Also, thank you Jayden and Jolee for serving me.

Had such a great first experience at Another Broken Egg Cafe today. Crystalyn took great care of us and we really appreciated the beignets with orange marmalade dipping sauce! The Bourbon Street Pancakes are a must, and don’t even need the maple syrup they come with as the bourbon butter is fantastic caramelly goodness! Two eggs over hard, chicken sausage, and several cranks of salt to bring out the savory sweetness made this a breakfast I’m looking forward to getting again in the future!

If you want OPTIONS, this is the place to eat! They have an extensive food and drink menu for sweet and savory lovers alike. No doubt you’ll find something you love. Prices are reasonable as well. I had the Crab Cake Benedict and the Strawberry Mimosa. YUM! Parking is OK, the lot for the plaza seems a little small to me but I went on a Saturday around brunch time and had no issue finding a spot. Our server Sasha was super helpful with recommendations.

Another Broken Egg Café in Tampa is still a solid breakfast spot, but it doesn’t quite live up to the great experience I remembered from the Pensacola location back in 2017. That spot used to be an easy favorite — warm service, great food, and everything made fresh and flavorful. This visit, however, felt like some of that quality has slipped over the years. The sausage patties were unfortunately cold and tasted like they’d just been reheated from frozen. On the positive side, the coffee was decent, and the French toast was pretty good and hit the spot. Overall, it’s still a nice place for breakfast, but I wish it had the same freshness and consistency it used to have.

My husband and I stopped in for brunch and had an awesome experience! We sat at the bar, and even though the restaurant was busy, the service was amazing — friendly, fast, and attentive. Our food came out quickly and everything was so tasty! The atmosphere had great energy, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Tampa. Highly recommend this spot for a fun and delicious brunch!

I don’t normally have time in the morning to sit down at a restaurant and eat but when I do I go to a Broken Egg. I ordered the scrambler and added the new hot chicken. The chicken was really good. I hope they keep it.

Man, this place is delicious! I’ve been twice in the first time I had the shrimp and grits which were just so cheesy and tasty. The second time I went, I had the lemon blueberry goat, cheese pancakes, and they were so rich and decadent. The only issue is the prices, but I guess given how good the food is to understandable that the prices would be higher than other places. And the portions are really good. A lot of places will charge you more and give you less but not this place they do charge more than the average place, but the portions are sizable so I always end up leaving happy satisfied and they even have other things on the menu like chicken and waffles cinnamon toast French toast so there’s always things that I’m gonna be needing to try so I’ll be back to this place for sure. They have a seasonal menu too, so they’ll definitely be some items that pop up that are new in different so I look forward to trying the new seasonal items. The only issue is the parking lot is small a little strip mall that has other stores inside of it and so the parking is definitely not adequate and it’s hard to get in and out of it. It’s kind of narrow, but I would highly recommend you go have breakfast here and try the maple bourbon pancakes. They are delicious. The service was good to the staff was nice and friendly. The restaurant itself is not very big so there’s not much seating available, but they do have a little outdoor section to try to compensate for that.

This charming breakfast spot offers a delightful, casual dining experience with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a relaxed and comfortable setting to enjoy a leisurely morning meal.
On the menu, the shrimp and grits stand out as a particularly well-executed dish. The shrimp are cooked to perfection, boasting a succulent texture and a burst of fresh, savory flavor.
They are generously nestled atop a bed of creamy, stone-ground grits, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. The grits themselves are rich and flavorful, providing a comforting and satisfying base for the shrimp.
Whether you’re seeking a hearty breakfast to kick-start your day or a relaxed brunch with friends, this nicely decorated casual spot offers a memorable culinary experience with its delicious shrimp and grits and outstanding service.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Jae, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
We ordered the Golden Thyme drink, which was refreshing and had the perfect balance of flavors. The Bourbon Pancakes were a standout—fluffy, rich, and had just the right hint of bourbon. The Sonoma Sandwich was delicious as well, packed with fresh ingredients and full of flavor.
Overall, everything was top-notch, from the service to the food. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
