We’ve always been a Culver’s family and love everything about it. Since moving from MO in late August, this location has unfortunately never gotten our order right… not once! We’ve tried different days and times, but the experience has been consistently disappointing.
Tonight was the last straw. We placed an order through the drive through (we’re about 15 minutes away) and as usual, checked everything before leaving. Once we arrived home and opened our meal.. the fries were completely unacceptable. No crinkle fries, full on greasy, and honestly looked like they were picked up in a trash bag. We did not eat them. On top of that, every visit (including tonight) they’ve been out of apple juice for the kids, which is always a bummer since it’s a rare treat for them.
Culver’s back home was always a 10/10 for both food and service. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case here, and we won’t be coming back.

12/11/25 Stopped in for a early lunch, nobody in line so I placed my order and in about 10,15 minutes later my order was ready. This is another good experience at a Culver’s. Everything was just as i expected.

I just moved to Georgia from the Midwest and was excited to see a Culver’s here. After two times being here, I decided I will be going to a different location. The employees and this location need some improvement. The service at the drive through isn’t thorough, I’ve ordered a combo and not been asked follow up questions like what’s the side etc. made it a confusing process. I had to repeat back my order and my name multiple times I didn’t even feel like the person working was really listening. I am totally ok with waiting for food at Culver’s sometimes it used to happen at the one I used to go to, but I have waited way too long both times I’ve been here. Last time I went to pull up to wait they were not clear where to pull up to and it was crowded with others waiting as well. That also was confusing. When the person came out to give me my order, they didn’t say anything at all just handed me my stuff and I should have checked. Of course I get home and realize my order was wrong. The drink and the toppings for my burger were totally missing and my shake did not have what I ordered in it. I didn’t feel like this was convenient at all, and the employees need some training on being more consistent.

We stopped here both on the way to Florida and on the way back. I grew up with Culvers in WI and this was the most disappointing experience.
On the way down we went in, ordered and when we finally got our food, my wife checked the bag and realized they had forgotten one of the burgers so we turned around and got it.
In the way BACK from FL we stopped here again and got more food. However this time they forgot our chicken strips and it wasn’t even busy this time. The malt I got didn’t taste that great either. We’re not sure what’s wrong with this location.

After ordering takeout a few times, I was finally able to dine in. The service was exceptional. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The entire restaurant was spotless and organized, even during the busy lunch hour. I ordered the Culver’s Deluxe Value Basket. My food was delivered to the table quickly and everything was perfect. The patty was cooked to perfection, the bun was fresh and held everything together nicely. The fries were crispy and not greasy and soggy. Great place to stop by for a quick bite to eat.

I learned my lesson, never eat chicken at a burger place. My chicken sandwich was so over cooked it was like eating shoe leather. Don’t get me wrong, this is a burger place and the burgers are delicious. However, I highly recommend you stay away from the chicken.

Under new management apparently and the guy is super friendly! We are from out of town and this man walked our food out in the savannah snow everything was delicious and hot. Good luck to this man! Culvers is about the only fast food that doesnt taste like it.

6/26/25 tried the pork tenderloin sandwich. Comes plain unless you specify otherwise. The pork hangs over the bun, so plenty there. It’s not bad, but not like Midwest pork tenderloin sanders l sandwiches. Self-serve drinks. Onion rings were good.
