I wish I had a stock pile of pictures of our RAW steaks. We have been here 9 times and spent $600+. Out of those NINE. Our steaks have only been cooked correctly TWICE. Seven times I have had cooks give the servers RAW steak. Not rare. I mean raw. We keep coming back hoping they will be better next time but they just keep ruining our steaks. 2/9 is an awful stat. They mess up our food 75% of the time.
Edit: immediately after writing this review I dug into the mashed Potatoes (scrapping from the bottom) and found a hair. Also not the first time. I think we are done here… but them buns and ranch are still fire.

While the booths were a little cramped the place was without a long wait. The staff were all friendly, attentive, while the pace of people in and out was crazy the crew had their act together. All smiling faces and great team work. You even got to meet the manager at the end which was nice. The food was excellent but we did notice there was no steak sauce. All together a 10 out of 10 for us. Bathroom was also clean and had toilet paper. Cleaning crew took time to clean properly- very nice gentlemen -we told them how much we appreciated them. Definitely a place we will return to. We suggest the blooming cactus to start it off. So delicious we love yall. Keep shining guys it was the best service we had in a very long time.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Texas Roadhouse on Valentine’s Day. We literally walked in the door at 2:00pm. The restaurant was busy, but very well staffed. Everyone spoke to us. What a friendly staff! We were quickly seated. Monie was our server. She was absolutely wonderful! She took our order. And then quickly brought out yummy, warm rolls and drinks. Our food quickly arrived and was delicious. She kept our drinks full. It is apparent that she is an asset to your business! Thanks again Monie and restaurant staff for an awesome experience. We highly recommend!

PLEASE LOOK at these supposed “Steak Tips” my 3 Yr. Old granddaughter ordered (on 11/1/2025). They are BURNT HOCKEY PUCKS . HORRIBLE!! Not sure HOW THIS GOT PAST THEIR QUALITY CONTROL (we ordered her Birthday dinner delivered). They even forgot another part of our order! Suffice it to say that we won’t EVER order from there again!!!!!!

went to celebrate 14 yr old granddaughter’s birthday and let’s just say spend your money some where else bc they have no clue what they are doing . $400.00 later as we had a party of 14 I will never be back I ordered a sex on beach to get a glass of orange juice but instead of complaining, (bc that is not me) I ordered a shot of Tequila to be told I had to drink half of my “mixed drink” before I could order a shot due to Nc law which is incorrect. Esp beings there was 7 other people at table over 21 . Ribs came out like they had been in fridge , so did potatoes and chilli . My moms debit card was just laid on table instead of being given back to her . So after she stood there 10 mins waiting on her card another waitress advised her it was left on table . Even after this waitress decided it was a good idea to argue the fact that she didnt leave card on table . Glad it was me and not some people bc I promise most people wouldn’t have handled the situation as I did . And manager was no help at all

I’m so upset , I agrue all the time with my women you guys are great with service food price and appetizers.. I had her come on her birthday once and I didn’t hear the end of it .. I believed this time would prove to her why I love going to this restaurant, well this time when we came it was empty I came along with my newborn two kids & my woman. As soon as we came in, we felt the vibe was funny, even though the place was empty we were standing there for a long time we eventually got seated. We asked for a highchair, and we were given a highchair without a strap I’m not trying to complain. I’m just stating all the facts we forgot the pacifier for the baby. I kept telling my girlfriend the bread will calm her down if she does cry. Well, we didn’t get bread until we was almost about to leave. I’ve asked about three times in the whole time we patiently waited. When we finally got the bread, it was very hard. I could knock on it & cold even the kids who don’t know better complained, when we gave her our order, I usually get regular water with no ice so I can rinse my mouth. I told her I like water warm and not cold so please don’t add Ice but add me a lemon the server Molly returns with boiling hot water passing it to me telling me careful it’s hot and it was honestly very very hot. I had to wait almost the whole time until it was warm enough for me to drink when she returned with the food. I mentioned how we need utensils and napkins. She said oh yeah sorry, we waited for about more than five minutes before she came back an asked us how’s the steak? I looked at her and said nicely with manners we still don’t have utensils or napkins to even let you know. She said oh my God that’s right I’m sorry and laughed. Here goes the part where I broke and couldn’t take it no more we didn’t have enough space on the table. No one was coming to take the empty plates so we had to stack them neatly on the side of the seat while we eat it didn’t feel right, and when I asked her for the utensils, the second time she smirked at me I felt like she was being sarcastic and giving me a hidden attitude I killed that with kindness, That’s when I looked at my girl and finally agreed that something is off. We didn’t feel comfortable we asked for to go plates and filled up five to go plates. We didn’t even eat our food and we spent about 80 something dollars and when we had all the to go plates, we looked silly holding them. She didn’t even offer us a bag to put them in.. at the door some sweet waiter quickly came to help seeing me drop a box struggling..

We ate here on a Sunday evening. We didn’t have to wait long for our table. My only complaint for the evening is that the table, booth seats, and under our table were so filthy that the hostess had to clean it up for us before we could sit. She apologized for it and I know that it was not her fault, but I’m a stickler for cleanliness. I saw the guys that were cleaning tables after customers left, were doing a poor job, so I don’t blame our server or hostess at all. Anyways our server was AMAZING! I forgot his name, but he was very prompt and attentive and made sure everything was just right. I tried the catfish from here for the first time and it was really good. I hope to visit again soon.

All I’m going to say is the new waiter Jwon (hope I spelled it right) hands down is the best waiter that place could’ve ever hired. Today was his 2nd day and I came with a large party and he didn’t miss a beat. He was kind, generous and check on us more then 3 times during our visit to ensure we were doing fine. He went above and beyond his job and to be honest we need more people like him in the restaurant business.

Absolutely horrible experience here today. We arrived at 12:10pm. Told the hostess we have 6 in our party. Was told we had to outside and wait until everyone in our party was there. 5 mins later, went in and let her know everyone was here. She said 20–25 mins. After 35 mins, went back in and asked was our table almost ready. She said a few more minutes. After 50 mins, asked again and she said we could come in and wait in a different area which we waited in another 10 mins. Finally got seated. Ordered our food. Waitress comes back and says they are out of 11oz sirloin which 3 from our party had ordered. So they agreed to get 8oz sirloin. A few mins later, they came back and said they are out of 8oz as well. Manager came over and asked what they could do. 2 from the party asked for 2 6 oz sirloin and the other one a ribeye. Now our salads had already been brought to the table. We were brought more salads 2 different times while waiting for our food which we had to tell them we already got salads. Another waiter came and brought food but half of it wasn’t our food and there were 8oz sirloins.. once our food finally came, had to send back one steak and 2 other ones were ordered as med well but was bleeding but they just said they would keep it. Also, wrong sides were brought with one of the orders. All this being said, after 2 hours 45 mins, 20 or 30 mins just waiting to get our bill, we finally left at 245pm
