This morning was the third time my parents and I received service from Ashley. We love this location, and Ashley is the best. Our food always arrives timely, and exactly as we ordered it. Ashley is very welcoming and always makes sure to cover the little details. The facilities are always neat and clean too. I highly recommend coming to this location.

The server was doing the best he could but was new and on his own and could not even void the food we did not get off our bill and told us we had to take the food home and pay for it since it was already on the bill. This is the worst ihop I have ever been to , the silverware wad dirty, the syrup was dripping down the side of the container and stuck to where it was sitting and the hot sauce was crusty around the top and on top of that my coffee was cold. And the server had no idea about the specials that were advertised on TV. I was very disappointed!

Great customer service! Everyone at the restaurant was incredibly friendly and helpful. I went on National Pancake Day, and Ashley took amazing care of us. She was attentive, kind, and made our experience even better. Definitely coming back

I have been coming here for years and the staff is just Outstanding the manager Jorge is wonderful guy very friendly outgoing and makes it feel like a family atmosphere. All the way says I’ve dealt with or just all of them great Ashley is actually a very good way to very friendly just like all the other waitresses just I would give them a 10 out of 10.

Great service food was great with one acception I asked for crispy hash browns. They had obviously been dropped in the deep fryer and were so greasy I couldn’t eat them. I’m pretty sure I could have complained & they would have done something. Just a warning to ask about cooking method

I visited this IHOP around 7am on a Sunday, and was seated promptly. I had a kind server who would frequently check on my table to ensure I was enjoying my meal, and he also gave us updates on the food while it was cooking. He even chose not to charge me for a side dish- pork sausages- because it was taking longer than usual.
As I was waiting for my food, I noticed that my table wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from the last guest’s visit. There was a lot of syrup spilled on the corner of the table, making the syrup holder stick to the table. It was an unpleasant sight.
The food was delicious; I ordered myself Cinnamon Bun Crepes along with my side, and my partner eating with me got himself Lemon Protein Pancakes. We had a very relaxed start to our morning, with only a couple groups visiting during our stay- mostly older couples. I would come here again.
