Seriously? I actually thought they brought their donuts in frozen…but apparently not because I’m guessing they wouldn’t have been screwed up!
From the moment I walked in and asked a simple question, I was met with unnecessary attitude By one employee (not the one initially helping me) walked by, inserted herself into the conversation, and responded with clear rudeness. It wasn’t the words themselves, but the tone and dismissiveness that stood out. She was a heavier-set younger woman—if name tags were actually worn, I’d be able to identify her specifically. I also overheard her muttering curses under her breath while handling a basic task (handing a customer their order). She then went out of her way to walk around the counter to the customer side just to deliver the food with exaggerated attitude.
This wasn’t an isolated issue. The rest of the staff seemed poorly trained and disengaged. Multiple workers appeared unfamiliar with the menu—when I asked for a standard coffee item clearly listed on the board right behind them, they looked at me sideways and claimed it wasn’t available. Service was painfully slow: I visited on a Tuesday afternoon when I was the only customer for the first 15 minutes. My order? Just a regular coffee and a bagel. It took over 30 minutes to receive it, despite there being eight employees on shift (I counted). During my wait, only one other couple arrived, and they were visibly frustrated too—the man even banged his head against the wall in exasperation. When they asked what I was waiting for and I said “just a coffee and bagel,” they were shocked.
Overall, this location feels like it’s simply hiring warm bodies with minimally engaged staff who haven’t been properly trained on the menu, basic customer service, or efficiency. The result is rude interactions, unnecessary delays, and a genuinely unpleasant experience. This Dunkin’ desperately needs better hiring, training, and management to bring service up to even basic standards
