10/10 for taste and customer service. I think the guys name was Kavya. If you are reading this, outstanding job today with the service. Overall 100/100. A must visit, authentic India food and their crazy alcoholic drinks those are just cherry on cake.

We have heard of this place from our friends.
I called them to reserve a table for us but they won’t do that after 7 pm.
Server (ISHA) was very rude and erogant from the beginning. She tried to remember our order by memorizing it, but she failed. We were served wrong order at first.
Palak paneer was served without any salt in it.
Servers only came to our table after so many failed attempts to call them.
Quantity was good but music and behaviour of staff were not okay. Needs improvement.

Ordered goat karahi and mix veg, mix veg was fine but in goat karahi, goat was all cold from inside only gravy was warm and it was very chewy like undercooked or frozen. When we asked the server about that she said on I don’t know if they use frozen or fresh goat. Later she confirmed it is fresh goat, a difference can be seen or noticed in fresh and frozen. Fresh goat should not be frozen cold from inside. She called the owner/ manager not sure who he was. We told him same and he was like oh i can make again, not single apology for inconvenience. Didn’t even let us finish saying and took the bowl and went back to kitchen. We were almost done eating our food, then he brought the curry and left it on table. Very disappointing behaviour. We have been to this restaurant alot but this experience was very bad
Update- the goat that they packed when we opened to eat next day it was in same condition, attached pictures, all chewy and undercooked from inside. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience and there was this weird thing came out from goat curry.

Severe Cross-Contamination Issue at 7 Spice Bistro
I ordered the Veg Parantha, expecting a standard vegetarian meal. To my absolute shock, I found a piece of chicken inside the parantha.
For someone who chooses vegetarian options for religious, ethical, or health reasons, this is completely unacceptable. It points to a serious lack of hygiene standards and cross-contamination protocols in the kitchen. If a kitchen can’t keep *meat* out of a vegetarian staple, it raises major questions about their overall food safety and attention to detail.
I’ve always enjoyed the flavors here in the past, but I cannot trust a restaurant that is this careless with its ingredients.

First visit to this restaurant on Aug 26th around 10:30 pm and it was 50/50. Appetizers were not so good . Very less portion compared to the price and there were barely any spices in them . However, main course was great . We enjoyed. Service was bad . As soon as we entered , the girl came towards the entrance ( looking uninterested) and no greeting or smile on her face , pointed towards the table to sit . No in between checkups .
Talking about atmosphere, soft music and interior was amazing.
We came here for a special occasion which was kind of ruined due to bad service , however , we’ll give it another try.

We had dinner here today and the food was beyond amazing! The Manchurian gobhi is to die for! We ordered goat bhuna and chicken karahi and that was so delicious as well! The presentation of the food was so beautiful and the staff were the cherry on top! Highly recommend this spot for your next family or date night dinner!

We’re visiting from Alberta and on vacation around Toronto and nearby areas. After a long drive from Niagara Falls, we were looking for a good place to stop for lunch — and my comfort food on any trip is always Biryani and Beer!
My wife found 7 Spice Bistro on Google, and I’m so glad she did. Right from the moment we stepped in, I was impressed. The cleanliness and aesthetics of the restaurant were top notch. I headed to the washroom first after the drive and it was absolutely spick and span — really clean and well maintained.
We ordered veg Hakka noodles for our daughter and veg biryani for my wife, and I had the goat biryani with a pint of Corona. WOW — the presentation of both the food and drinks was so impressive. The ambience was lively, music was good, and the food tasted amazing.
A special shoutout to Isha, who served us — she was so polite, friendly and helpful with recommendations. Her sweet smile and welcoming attitude made us feel like we were regulars! We actually said to each other — “Why isn’t this place in our city?”
Also, I must mention — for such great quality, the pricing was very reasonable. The spice level was a little high for me personally, but still very enjoyable.
Overall, a great lunch stop and we are very likely to come back again before we leave Ontario. Highly recommend this gem!
