Somehow landed here on a random Wednesday late afternoon/ early evening
The restaurant has a good vibe and a good number of tables for groups as well as for solo diners at the bar sort of a thing.
We were quickly seated and then had water at our table.
Theway to order is so efficient you can scan a barcode and order by yourself. This is convenient in case there are big groups.
The food arrived quickly. The yuzu ramen was tangy and spicy and the crispy bits that came along with it were delicious. The other vegan option was also good but missed a little tang or a punch. But all in all there were quite a few vegetarian friendly options and that made this place one of my go to next time I am looking for ramen.

Great ambience and service. We had Aburi miso spicy ramen (spicy level 2), fried oyster, takoyaki, parfait. All of them were really yummy, the ramen was so perfect for us. Marcha in Parfait was so good. Takoyaki was at different level. It’s a hidden gem in near Fremont, must try for ramen lovers.

Very good ramen. All the ramen we tried have been good. My favorite is the creamy one. I get it every time even though I am not vegetarian. Spicy garlic topping is a must. Karaage is good too. Ice cream parfait didn’t impress. You order from the table with your phone and qr code.

We usually end up going during peak hours, so parking has been difficult. There is a small parking lot, and some street parking available. We had to circle around and wait before getting a spot. Prepare to wait a while when they are busy. They have a waitlist and text you when your table is ready. Waiting area is pretty small and can get packed by the entrance. They had heaters when it’s cold outside. Wait has always been worth it. Inside isn’t super big/spacious. It might be hard with a big group.

From the street view you would never guess this cozy ramen spot was hiding back here. I’m so glad we have a Hinodeya in this side of the bay! The interior is so welcoming and nicely arranged. You order from your phone at your table, and the food comes out hot and fast.

I was pleasantly by the number of vegan options on the menu! The yuzu ramen was refreshing and so good. I would also recommend some soft serve if you’re craving a sweet treat. I would definitely come back here to try more.

Brussels sprouts were very flavorful and well-cooked! House ramen was on the saltier side. Can replace the ramen noodle with spinach noodle.

Absolutely beautiful vegan options on the menu. We loved the green gyozas and creamy ramen. The decor and ambience make you feel like you’re in Japan. It’s a shame we didn’t know about this place earlier.

Found Hinodeya off Yelp.

Yelp check in to be seated. A bit unorganized. Order through phone.

Two of us ordered:
hinodeya house ramen $16
chicken karaage $10
asahi super dry draft $10
kyoto white yuzu $11
hamaguri ramen clam $20

I believe their regular ramen noodle is a wheat noodle which threw me off.

Pricier side on food and drinks. Not a whole lot stood out.

Parking is limited in the lot, so might need to do street parking.

Went here for the first time recently, and the ambiance inside is so quaint, you’d never think you were on a main road and next to a 7-Eleven. You pay via QR code, and service brings you your food. I wasn’t quite used to this type of service, but it was very convenient. Folks working there were very night and welcoming. Food is a bit pricey but worth it for the overall experience.

Great place to eat, feels like you’re in someone’s home. Just gotta get rid of that bell on the door and quiet some of that noise from the kitchen with a curtain or something. Food was phenomenal

Just opened and really good. I had never had ramen with cheese and it was great! You can get exactly the ramen you want with exactly what you want with it. I had ABURI CHEESE SPICY MISO Ramen, Miso Spiciness Level Retsu-kara (Level 2, Medium), Extra Green Onion, Extra Inari, Chicken, Spinach Noodle, and wonderful TABERA spicy fried garlic. Ben had SPICY MISO Ramen, level 2, also with tabera. I also had an Ume soda.
