Casual small chain offering boiled-in-bag Cajun-spiced crawfish, oysters, shrimp & other shellfish.

The Boiling Crab offers one of the most fun and unique dining experiences in Las Vegas. Eating lobster, shrimp, and crab becomes almost a ritual: nothing comes on traditional plates — everything arrives in seasoned bags, and you dive in with your hands. It’s messy, it’s different, and it’s absolutely worth it.
We ordered the medium spicy seasoning, and the flavor was outstanding: the perfect balance of heat, rich Cajun aroma, and that addictive taste that keeps you going. The micheladas are very spicy and pair incredibly well with the seafood. The buffalo wings were another highlight — crispy, juicy, and full of flavor.
Definitely worth a visit. It’s not just a meal, but a fun and memorable experience in Vegas.

Great amount of food for all you can eat price. I suggest medium heat because anything more will deff set you on fire and take away from the overall experience.
Crab legs, mussels, scallops and crawfish are my go-to. Not a huge fan of the shrimp as they can be hard to peel. Get ready to get messy and bring a floss pick…you will get sauce on your face but it’s sooo worth it. I had I think 4 bags before I was finally ready to call it.
My sides were quail eggs and corn.
** they do get busy so don’t get frustrated if service takes a while, they are doing their best !! Big shout out to Tim who was the only one on the floor and crushing it.

Not able to reserve is frustrating, hanging around waiting for a table is a waste of time. Service was poor, no guidance for a group that were from out of town that hadn’t visited before. Felt rushed. Not having any set boils to select from and then build on made it quite hard to navigate the menu and make a choice. The flavours were also VERY spicy although mild was chosen! Had high hopes and was left disappointed. Wouldn’t visit again or recommend if you’re not familiar.

$128 for 1 lb of gummy poop filled shrimp, .8 of a lb of snow crab, sausage that isn’t advertised as unsmoked and sauce that was genuinely grainy and gritty that left an awful texture and taste in the mouth. Only things we enjoyed were the margarita, fried shrimp (found too spicy otherwise good). Thought it’d be a good spot as there was a full parking lot but boy were we wrong. Waitress came by to take our drink and food orders, give the check and collect payment but never asked about the food. Was incredibly loud inside though again to be expected due to the amount of people. Left everything behind, as even with the amount of food leftover we wouldn’t force ourselves to eat it again edit to add that they ran out of gloves!

Like others said, it’s good for what it is, an a la carte, relaxed place to eat at. Service was good. I expected more spice and flavor, especially with your a cajun spot. I would like to see potatoes, corn, and sausage mixed with the protein of choice.

Food was excellent and ample for the cost. Had a dock type atmosphere but i wasn’t to keen on the graffiti on the beautiful wood designs. Been here before and food is always good.

Walked in, waited about 5 minutes to be seated — and still no one came over. I had to ask for menus, then waited even longer to order. Our order was simple: 6 oysters, 2 lbs crawfish, 2 lbs shrimp, 1 sausage, 2 corns, and 2 beers. The bill? $111.
Plenty of servers on the floor, but many just stood around chatting instead of helping customers. Poor management, overpriced food, and slow service. Won’t be back.

It’s all a la carte, which means by the time you’re done ordering, it’s an easy $80-$100/person before gratuity & tip! The seafood is fresh and cooked perfectly, so that’s the price you have to pay. Still, it’s quite steep. The wait is always long, so don’t go too hungry because you’ll end up being hangry and fill up on starters. Staff is friendly and attentive, but for a group of ten and auto gratuity tacked on, you’d think they’d clear up our table some. How about provide a tin can to put our shells/trash in like other similar restaurants?

It’s a pretty nice place and the food is good. The way the menu works may be a little unclear for people, like me, eating here for the first time. The seating is a bit cramped, the booth benches aren’t entirely comfortable, and the tables could stand to be bigger, but changing any of those things might mean fitting fewer people into the place during busy times and that’s not optimal for revenue margins.
