It was ok. Our server could have cared less we were there. Had shrimp tacos with dirty rice and red beans, it was good, 5 big shrimp on each taco! Also had a fried shrimp basket with FF. FF were big and good. Fried shrimp was ok. Collard greens were delicious, they had bacon, so vegetarians beware! Best part of the meal was the dirty rice and red beans and the collards. Skip the coleslaw, it was just bland! The kitchen shines, the service failed!

Had dinner here after seeing the sand castle festival on Treasure Island Beach. We asked to sit on the patio overlooking the water, but the music was way too loud for talking. We look a booth indoors and were able to talk to each other. Our waitress came right over and asked us if we needed and refreshments. She was very nice and friendly. I eventually ordered the grouper and it was delicious. Cooked perfectly. My friend had the snapper and it was cooked perfectly as well. The sides of rice and veggies were not great and a little small too. I finished up with a piece of key lime pie and it was very good as well. Overall a good meal with excellent service.

This place deserves all five star reviews! We came to the Treasure Island area because I wanted to go to Caddy’s to honor my late brother who loved it there. It must have got hit badly by the hurricane because they are operating out of a big tent, and my partner wasn’t excited about eating there. Then we went on a mission to find a better place. Boy, I was so frustrated! We couldn’t find anything decent, that had atmosphere and didn’t smell sour! Enter, humble Shrimpy’s Waterfront!! Oh my goodness!! The view was incredible, the server, Kristen, was so accommodating and awesome and the food really was excellent!! I owned seafood restaurants and know my shrimp. Theirs were large, plump and fresh. We asked for a light batter and it seems like the chef used flour instead of breading (like we used to), and, honestly they were some of the best fried shrimp I have ever eaten. The fries were to die for, chunky, the way I like them, the hush puppies were not overcooked and they make their own remoulade as tartare sauce. Well done, chefs!

Hush puppies, Grilled Grouper nuggets and fried green tomatoes. Atmosphere is dark & bar tender was stiff. Food was good but plain. If it wasn’t for the remoulade sauce I could not have eaten anything. Tarter sauce was very mustardy so I could not eat that with the fish.

Wow! Excellent meals for lunch. We had the seafood quesadilla and World Famous Torpedo( seafood stuffed in French bread). Fresh, plentiful and delicious seafood! Beignets are absolutely fantastic for dessert! Outside dining deck on a beautiful day with great food is outstanding! Service with Jessie terrific!

Great restaurant. It was our first time eating here. Parking was ample. The restaurant itself is tucked back in the corner, it can be confusing when you first pull in and are looking for the place. Great food. I had the burger, my daughter had the catch of the day (mahi) battered & fried on a sandwich, and my gf had the salmon. Everyone enjoyed their food, the atmosphere was great, and it wasn’t too pricey. Overall would recommend and will go again next time we are in st Pete.

The place was pretty cool. Had that hometown vibe waiter was real chill. The food was right on point. We had the French dip. It was really good with Redskin potatoes the drinks were strong. Recommend the espresso martini.
