This place used to be the place to go late night.. there were plenty of staff but the whole section to the right when you walk in was closed it looked like they were using it as storage. The staff sits by the workers station on there phones laughing and giggling. We waited for a table for around 20 mins with that full section with not 1 person in it. Just a bunch of silverware and just a mess … the floor in the section that was open was disgusting… I been going here for over 30 years. I have not been here in a while but ill tell you ill never be back. I only got 2 pictures cause staff deff looked like the type to mess with my food for retaliation. 3 or 4 cooks in the back and food still took 20 mins to come out and cold …

Had a great breakfast here. We were able to get seated within 5 minutes. They were busy but no delays. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Our orders came pretty quick. The 5 of us were satisfied with the quality, as well as the selection of breakfast items. Will definitely come back here. There is limited on site parking if you are going during a day where it is very busy. All in all a good start to our day.

I waited 45 minutes to receive my breakfast, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold. The quality also did not match the price, it felt far too expensive for what was served. In addition, the spoon and knife were dirty, which was unacceptable for a dining environment.

I loved ihope always. We went there quiet late at night but we still needed to wait for a table to be prepared for us.
We ordered our food, soon it was ready. We were so hungry so we ate fast. What I remember from the whole taste is, it was delicious. The portion was good for me but for my husband not. The hash brown we ordered was overcooked!
The staffs were very caring and active and clean though.

We were there a few hours ago and had a very disappointing experience. The service was terrible, and the waitress was extremely rude.
My friend ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but it was brought out crispy.
When she pointed it out, the waitress took the plate away with a bad attitude.
When she returned with the rest of the food, she placed it on the table in a very careless and disrespectful way. When she finally brought the correct sandwich, my friend thanked her politely, but the waitress simply turned around and walked away without saying anything.
We asked if there was a manager available, and another employee told us that only the manager available was her (our server) the same person who treated us so poorly.
We both work in customer service, and this behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager.
