I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My family placed a to-go order from Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen in Greenville, SC, and brought home the Buffalo Chicken Wrappers for me. When I opened the box, I found sad, barely filled, and honestly disgusting tortillas. Each one had what looked like a single overcooked, dry chicken finger tossed inside with a whisper of cabbage and cheese and next to no buffalo sauce. It was shockingly bad, I’m pretty sure Sonic has a better product. The fries were also very underwhelming.

I have to rate this place even though I didn’t get a chance to eat there. I got a gift card for Christmas and decided to stop at this location with my two sons and daughter-in-law. We walked up to the hostess station and the girl that they had as the hostess just stood there and looked at us. She did not greet us, She didn’t say a word. She had absolutely no personality and was more concerned about what was on her phone. We told her we needed a table for four people and she just said, in a very low voice, it’ll be about 10-15 minutes. We said okay and then she went back to looking at her phone. After returning from the restroom I asked if my family had been seated already…But she never moved from her spot and she just could care less about helping so I eventually found them on my own. They were outside waiting. The whole outside of the parking lot smelled like marijuana. We decided to just leave and not bother waiting any longer. In my opinion, the girl that they had as the hostess this evening on December 28th 2025, She needs to be put in the back washing dishes because she has the personality of a dish rag. That’s not the kind of person you hire to greet your customers coming in the door. Just saying! Not sure if we will bother using my gift card at this location.

I hate to write this review but unfortunately too many things have gone wrong to ignore. I ordered pick up today and this has been one of the worst meals I ever recieved. First they forgot my small kid’s drink. The server called as soon as she realized she forgot it. I told her it wasn’t worth driving back for so I didn’t count that against them at first. Then I got home only to realize they didnt give me my salad. I called and was told I will be refunded. Then my parents opened their food. My dad has a ” loaded” baked potato. To call it this is a joke. It was a whole uncut potato with no toppings. The potato is completely inedible. The inner texture is rubber and hard on the exterior. It went in the trash. The fish was so hard like it was reheated. Also in the trash it went. We asked for extra gravy and recieved not even a normal serving. We asked for gravy for both the meatloaf and potato. We didn’t have enough for either. I ordered salmon with a bourbon glaze. There wasn’t a single drop of anything other than salt and pepper on it. No sauce. No glaze. It was do overcooked I couldn’t eat it. The only decent item was the rolls. I am so disappointed. I hate to write a bad review but this is very unfortunate. With the cost of things the least a restaurant can do is get the order correct and make it edible. Total waste of money. We won’t ever try Cheddars again.

We eat here quite often. Today we did take out which we also do quite often. I am always so glad to see Jonathan when I come! I have complete confidence in him preparing our take out orders! He is so nice and friendly! It is obvious that he loves his job and genuinely cared about his customers!! We always leave feeling valued!!

First visit here. The food was ok. Mine was kinda cold. I had the sirloin and shrimp with loaded potatoe and buttered corn. I had a drink, it was well made. The atmosphere seemed nice and chill. I would give it another try.

We came here for the second time, in the middle of the day. In a huge dining room there were maybe 3–4 tables occupied. No one was at the host stand. We waited for about 10 minutes, then had to go look for a host ourselves. We found her in the kitchen, chatting with other employees. She returned to her station a few minutes later, reluctantly, and told us we needed to wait another 10 minutes because she was going to clean two tables. Seriously? The restaurant was almost empty, and no one else was waiting!
We were shocked and extremely disappointed. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant nearby. I sincerely hope the management pays attention to this review — such unprofessional and lazy behavior is exactly why a place loses customers. Total waste of time. I will not be coming back.

This place was a complete waste of time and a mess. We came with family and thankfully joined the online waitlist ahead of time, because otherwise we probably would have waited even longer.
After we were seated, it took a long time for our waitress to even come to the table. We ordered a trio platter because we were starving, but it took about 30 minutes just for that to come out. When it finally arrived, it was wrong. They brought the platter out three different times and it was incorrect each time, and they didn’t get it right until the fourth attempt.
When the main dishes finally came out, the food was cold, like it had been sitting for a while. On top of that, they forgot my salmon entirely, and it took over an hour for it to finally arrive.
The waitress told us that most of the kitchen staff are kids and that both managers had walked out earlier that day, so things were clearly disorganized on both the front and back end.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience with long waits, incorrect orders, and cold food. It will be a long time before we come back—if we come back at all.

Waited for a waitress and one never came. I had visited the ladies restroom, which smelled and looked disgusting . While walking back to our table, I noticed the carpet was filled with crumbs. When I returned still no waitress.
After going online and reading the reviews, we knew we had to leave. This place was very dirty. I am happy we did not get food.

This experience was horrible! It was a 45 minute wait to be seated, 15 minute wait for a server, and an hour wait for the food. The steaks weren’t cooked properly the fries tasted like they was under a heat lamp for a hot minute. We have seen our sever a total of 4 times since we been here. And the floor is covered in trashed and we watched the severed just step right over the napkins in the middle of the floor. Do not recommend this place at all!! Then when I tried to get dessert waited another 15 for the server to let me know they are backed up so it will be a little bit before I can get it so I cancelled it.

They refused to let us make a reservation for our party of 15. Then after waiting about an hour they advised they were short staffed and we had to wait longer and be split into 3 different tables… We ended up waiting about 2hrs. The food and service was good, but I would have rather a reservation be taken to avoid such a long wait.
