The guys working were very friendly and helpful. Orders of which we had a larger order (5) was correct. My only somewhat complaint was that I had asked for a receipt and was told it would in the bag when picked up our order as they use it to make the order. I understand, however when we got back and opened the two bags there was not a receipt. Not a super big deal. We all make mistakes now and then.

My daughter used to work for our local JJ so we’re very familiar with how these should be made. It was so soggy and gross I couldn’t eat half of it and that’s such a waste of money. Thankful this isn’t the one by us at home.

I had never had Jimmy John’s before, but the workers here were very helpful and friendly. One in particular, I would describe him as the god of sandwiches, bestowed great wisdom on me and suggested that I get the #17 toasted. He also recommended a sauce to add on top like a culinary master. This sandwich was just what I needed, thank you sandwich god. 10/10

Gross, rotten pickle! I can’t believe they actually served this to me. And it was cut, so they had to have looked at it before they wrapped it up. Who does that?!?

** EDIT- I tried to give them one more chance, after staying away for over a month. They failed miserably AGAIN. Received one correct sandwich but one completely incorrect sandwich, along with another pretty rotten pickle. I’m finished with this Jimmy John’s, and you should be too, if you want to receive what you actually order… **

I was disappointed with the spicy chicken wrap. Price was too high for the quality of the sandwich. We paid $14 for the wrap and a diet coke and received an underwhelming wrap. It was more tortilla and toppings than meat. The picture is deceiving as the middle of the wrap was part tortilla, not chicken. Definitely not worth the expense.

Waited in the drive thru for almost 5 minutes with no reply. Multiple cars dealt with this in front of me. Didn’t even bother to eat and went somewhere else since it costed me part of my lunch just waiting.

8.5.22: Today was probably the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I arrived at Jimmy John’s in Kings Mills at 12:32 pm. I wanted to go in to order, but as I got out of my car, 2 employees were taping a sign to the door that said drive-thru only. I got back in my car, and drove around to the drive-thru. There were 4 cars ahead of me. My receipt shows 12:59 as the time stamp. I did have to pull-up to the window to place my order, due to truck noise in the parking lot, and paid right away. Then I sat and waited, and waited and waited. 6 cars behind me got tired of waiting and left. At 1:10 pm, I honked my horn to get someone’s attention. I asked what was going on and where was my order? The guy said the dining room was packed. I mentioned the sign on the door, and he looked confused. A few minutes later, a girl came to the window with my order, it was now 1:15 pm. I told the girl how frustrated I was with the wait. She stated the lobby was packed. Curious, I drive back around the building, parked my car and opened the door to see 4 employees standing behind the counter, 1 person eating in the restaurant, and the rest of the restaurant empty. When I got back to work and opened my sandwich…it wasn’t what I ordered! I called the restaurant and Mike the manager was horribly rude when I asked for a refund. He had a ton of excuses that contradicted each other. When I demanded a refund, he told me I was the reason people didn’t want to work in a restaurant and hung up. I tried to call back, but they didn’t answer the phone. I tried to call the corporate customer service number, but had to leave a message. 43 minutes for a turkey sandwich at Jimmy Johns is not freaky fast, it is freakin ridiculous!!!

Went in with a group of 8. And had to wait. The 3 other people behind us got food. After our sandwiches came out all together. Not marked we had to open and finger the sandwich to see who’s it was . If they were handed out as they were made… It would have been less confusing. The only thing wrong with the atmosphere is that people who came in behind me got their food and ate it and left before I got mine. Crew of 8 on a 30 min lunch took an hour. Unacceptable….. Freaky Fast Service

Guy working window was nice but he needs help!

Ordered an hour an advance to have it delivered between 4-415 and after waiting a few extra minutes I called the store to ask how much longer due to my lunch break being at 430. They said they’re waiting for a 3rd party to pick it up. After the delivery window. The sandwiches are honestly kinda mid and I only ordered one because I had a free one for my birthday. The third party (uber eats) is now saying it won’t arrive until 4:45 and there’s been no update from the link. I feel as though there needs to be a disclaimer of this if they have no delivery driver on staff that day. And to be dismissed over the phone was not okay in my opinion. I don’t even blame the girl I spoke to over the phone, I blame the online ordering system for not disclosing the possible delay resulting in my food being half an hour late.
