I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this venue, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. First off, I was taken aback to discover there was a cover charge just to enter and play pool. This felt unreasonable, especially since there was no live DJ—only a Bluetooth speaker playing some background music and a patron glued to their phone.
The establishment advertised food, which initially caught my interest, but upon arrival, I found out they were charging for it. They were cooking on a small residential grill outside, which raised serious concerns about their adherence to health regulations. As a result, I decided not to eat anything there.
The owners were far from welcoming. The female owner, who appeared to have been drinking, frequently wandered around the venue and in and out behind the bar or outside or shooting pool . I didn’t see anyone wash their hands upon returning behind the bar! It was evident that if you weren’t male, female owner had little interest in engaging with you. Meanwhile, the male bartender was quite unfriendly and was even seen smoking a weed pen. When I wasn’t satisfied with my drink, I opted to have my friend just get me a beer instead.
The overall atmosphere of the place was lackluster. There were very few tables and chairs available, which left us with no choice but to either stand or awkwardly sit in the window sill. After paying the cover charge, I was shocked to find that shooting pool cost $1.50, which felt excessive. Honestly, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable during my visit, and I would not recommend this place for a ladies’ night out. It was a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience! Like to add this was the weekend of July 24. I had forgot until a friend remind me the owners also had a small child approximately 3 to 5 in there.. when we seen the child was about 11Pm when the child was sitting on the male owners lap.,
