Despite arriving near closing, we were seated promptly. We enjoyed fried mac and cheese, four-cheese pasta, and carne asada steak, paired with mojitos and a raspberry lemon drop. Service was attentive and kind.

I ordered from The Cheesecake Factory in Arlington through DoorDash this evening and was completely disgusted with what I received.
My order included what was described as bite-sized chicken, yet there were only four extremely small pieces in the container — and to make matters worse, they had absolutely no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. The portion size was unacceptable and the food quality was honestly embarrassing for a restaurant of this caliber.
I contacted the restaurant directly and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes waiting to speak with a manager, only to be told to take the issue up with DoorDash. My issue was not with the delivery service — it was with the poorly prepared food that came from your kitchen. Deflecting responsibility instead of addressing a clear quality issue is extremely unprofessional.
I have ordered from this location many times before and have never had a problem, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Based on both the unacceptable food quality and the lack of accountability from management, I will not be returning.

This Cheesecake Factory location is very cozy, I took my daughter for her birthday and I was pleased with our service and food. Our Server Jasmine made sure we had everything we needed and consistently checked to make sure we were good.

We had an amazing lunch, I had the Mac and cheese burger, I asked for it medium rare and was pleased with the amount of pink. The verity of cheesecake was impressive, I chose a slice of pumpkin cheesecake and was surprised by how light it was, it was just the right amount of sweet, although the whipped cream was a bit too sweet for me. Overall a great place to eat, will come again.

We had a great meal tonight. We started with the chicken and jalapeno fritters. I had the green Chile enchiladas and my spouse had the chicken costoletta. We finished with the peach cheesecake. A plus was that we could make a reservation. Our server took good care of us. Checkout the photos for the atmosphere. We liked the experience.

Super busy for a 4:30 pm time. Their avocado egg rolls were as good as I remember. Their Jamaican shrimps has always been my favorite. Got a chicken pasta that hit so well! Very well fried. Crispy and juicy!

The Cheesecakes are always spot on. Can’t really say anything negative about them. Decadently delicious. Flavors listed on the menu always pop. Serviceable staff. Ambienceis a little loud. Wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend the roll sampler. Interesting. I wish they would experiment like this dish and their cheesecakes with more plates.
