Stopped by Cane’s in McKinney and the food was really good. The chicken was hot, crispy, and cooked perfectly, and of course the Cane’s sauce never disappoints. Fries were fresh, toast was buttery, and everything came out fast.
The staff is mostly a bunch of teenagers and they were definitely goofing around a bit, but it didn’t affect the food or how quickly we got it. The place was clean and the vibe was still good overall.
All in all, it was a solid visit and exactly what I was craving. Would definitely come back!

Ordered two Caniac combos a while back. The first few chicken fingers/tenders were fine the last few were very dry. The combo comes with two of the cane sauces each, the first sauce was really bland and had no flavor. The second sauce was way more flavorful and tasty. For my first experience with having Cane’s the food was very inconsistent to say the least.

I’m really disappointed with this Cane’s location. I ordered my food regular, and my wife ordered everything extra crispy. Guess what? Both meals came extra crispy . It took nearly 20 minutes after ordering to get our food ️, and the quality was nowhere near what we expected. It takes a minute 30 seconds to cook chicken how she likes it – how can it take that long to get our order wrong? Not coming back anytime soon.

Probably the best fast food chicken strip. I really like that they are juicy and tender. Fries are crispy and fresh. Service was nice and fast. Prices are reasonable and there is a drive through too. If you’ve had them before you know what to expect. Parking is ok at this location.

I had a cashier/drive thru attendant named Brice, I only ordered fries and a canes sauce (which were phenomenal btw) and he was very sweet and kind. I’m a little socially awkward so he dealt with my general oddities well! 10/10 customer service yay!

Well raising Cane’s is always good and the cane sauce is addicting, they should have it in the shelf at stores next to chick fila sauce and honey butter from Whataburger. This specific location was the cool hangout spot for a lot of high schoolers when I was a kid cause it was 13 years ago around the time it was built in McKinney and even more popular. Always a line in the driveway but if you got an extra 15 mins to sit in line, it’s worth it.

First time at a Raising Cane’s as I’m gluten free. Asked and they advised the naked chicken is fried in the same fryer as the breaded chicken. As I sat with my son while he ate, the girl that took our order (named Wonder) came to the table and said they use a dedicated fryer for their French fries and that they can cook me some naked wings there so it’s safe for me. I said sure and got to eat there for the first time. Wonder went above and beyond even though she did not have to. I let her manager know and he described her perfectly, “a truly infectious positive energy.” I couldn’t have said it better myself. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life, give that girl a raise! If the world carried Wonder’s attitude and vibe, we’d live in a much better place. Cheers!

Rude service. Half hour line wait. I pull up and the line was clear and the people taking orders outside let me pass so i tried taking my order at the speaker and no one answered. i come up to checkout window and they all give me attitude like it’s me fault. It’s y’all’s fault you let me pass and never took my order. because of that it backed up the line even more. Do not go here in drive thru.

Service: There was a young woman with black curly hair who took our order in the drive thru line, consistently interrupting me and my fiancee when we were trying to speak and order. She was also laughing obnoxiously the entire time. We got charged for a Halloween cup we made very clear we didn’t want. And she kept saying yes over us. Teach your employees some respect or hire new ones we have never had this issue here before and we are here at this location at least once every other week. I have never gone out of my way to give a negative review but this was very disappointing.

The food looks really good, but doesn’t taste really good. The service was great, but nothing else was for me. The music is loud, all teens as both customers and the counter, not much personality, but friendly. The chicken is ALL white meat, moist, but bland. The fries are bland and soggy. They offer a Cain’s sauce but it taste like ranch and I rather have any other sauce. I’ll only come back if every other food stops feeding me. If you’re gonna serve me white meat, unseasoned, and offer only ranch sauce, at least lower the prices!
