The 2 stars are not for the food but because they lied about their hours. It says open until 12″00am
THEY CLOSE THE DINING AREA AT 10 PM !!! As I’m writing this several other people keep pulling up to dine in but, the doors are locked . The employees inside think it’s funny because they probably know it’s to get people to go through the drive through once they’re there. Once you look at the hours on the little sticker way up top left, it says the dining area closes at 10pm.

AWFUL! LETTUCE on both sandwich and in salad was rotten! Brown & slimy rotten! The cake & cookie were so old they were uneatable. Only thing I could stomach, was the soda. I was too far away to return, by the time I was able to eat. Oh, the burger & the bun were both BURNED! I CAN’T STAND BURNT FOOD! Pic. Att. All was thrown out. Stopped latter at a Taco Bell. Food OK for both of us.

This is the cleanest Carl’s I have ever eaten in. When I walked up, I noticed how clean the parking lot, landscaping & windows were. This store is immaculate. The stainless steel shines & counters were clean. They opened at 6am & at 10:45 it looked like they had just opened. Trash recepticle was clean & emptied. They tables were all clean & organized.
When I say clean, I mean free of dust, dirt & grime. I even told the cashier when I ordered how nice & clean everything was. The fountain area was very clean & stocked. No sticky soda or trash in sight. Before I jumped back on the freeway, I used the restroom. That is when I decided to write this review. It was sparkling clean, I couldn’t believe it. The sink & mirror was shiny. The floor, walls & toilets were spotless. The toilet paper & towels were stocked.
This store looks brand new, it is that clean! The service was exceptional. Irma was friendly, helpful & quick. My food was hot & fresh when she walked my food out. I was still getting my drink. I do not write reviews but this store deserves it…

I’m so tired of workers taking ZERO pride in their job. It seems every time that I go to this location they make a mistake on my order. I was the only car in the drive thru and my order had multiple missing items. Even worse was the customer service from the manager when I called back down there to get it resolved.

I went here at night so I’m commenting about the night staff, the food was absolutely amazing, fries are perfectly salted! And whoever was working packaged my order like a god, the fries and burgers weren’t toppled over each other, it took a while to get it around 3 minutes but when I saw the work that went into my bag I understood, the sauces were carefully placed on top, the burgers weren’t smushing the fries and they were actually separated greatly! Nothing was soggy or dripping, 10/10 would recommend!

$1.29 to upsize to medium, but $1.39 to go large?
This is the first time I’ve been asked if I wanted to upsize my combo meal to medium or large, where I thought the normal medium being much cheaper turned out very wrong. It seems a scam to have only a 10-cent difference and not mention that to the customer.
Food was good but service was a little slow. There was also another lady waiting to have an order corrected that was wrong.

I ordered the guacamole bacon cheeseburger, it was absolutely amazing I just asked them to give me a fresh patty and I will wait because I’m not in a hurry I don’t need my meal in 35 seconds(McDonald’s) the service was excellent as well I just wanted to thank them for having such a great attitude and saying hello to me when I came in even the girl making the food

Ordered a jalapeño cheeseburger combo on the menu drive three combo price was $12.39 before tax and was charged $13.39 before tax I asked the cashier why was a I charged that and he said price went up ok? Then Change it in the menu display???! That was a red flag the once I was given my order I went home only to find out the burger patty was red raw and fries were cold to the touch !! Absolutely disgusting that’s $14.00 thrown in the garbage. Never coming back again!!!
