Overall, the food was good. Our son loved the chicken fingers and BBQ sauce. The burger was good and the biscuit and gravy was good. The food was medium warm and the fries were cold, though.

Everything is decent from the food to the atmosphere, but the biggest thing I had a problem with was the end. My server, Laurie, required me and my buddy to do this online review and to give her all 5 stars. She took my phone, pressed all 5 stars on everything, and made sure that I left a review including her and her “amazing service.” Now to be fair, everything she had done up until then was perfect, but grabbing my phone and hovering over me so I couldn’t leave my booth is too far. She could have just asked me to leave a good review, but no. Overall it was a decent experience, not including the end. I hope this has only happened to me and that that this service is not supported by Perkins as a whole.
Thanks for the midnight meal.

This Perkins has the type of food you’d expect for Perkins – not super exciting or “foodie”, but good. The wait for Sunday lunch was pretty long but that’s to be expected.
The reason I am knocking off one star is because the ladies’ room here needed attention – random stuff on the floor and the little box for sanitary napkin disposal was overfull.

I ordered from DoorDash on 9/27/25. The driver’s name is Dawn. She made $16.00 in tips off of me. I said that to say this: My order arrived on time. When I went to open my food, I noticed that the bag that the merchant bagged my order in had been pulled open, but yet still knotted tied. I went on to open the bag and noted that one of the Raspberry lemon cakes that I ordered had the top completely gone. The containers that the cakes came in were not safely packaged to prevent tampering, or for health or hygiene reasons. One was completely opened (the one with the missing top). I reported it to DoorDash right away and they stated they would refund my money. We communicated back and forth. I gave DoorDash a thumbs up. Then they sent me an email stating they decided not to give me my refund because of my past orders. This is only my second time ordering with DoorDash and my first complaint, and my last time using their business. I had even subscribed for a DashPass!!! Needless to say I canceled my subscription and deactivated my account. They used me to get a good review by telling me they would refund my money, then after that, told me they decided not to refund my money. I threw all of the food I ordered in the garbage, but not before I took pictures, and my money is down the drain. I was communicating with DoorDash from about 8:45 pm, the driver arrived at about 8:35, until sometime after 12 am this morning, after I uploaded my picture of the cakes on their app while giving my review of the Perkins Bakery, and canceling all of my affiliations with DoorDash. Before that, while they were smoozing me, they sent me back to back emails. I haven’t received a single one since I am no longer affiliated. They had the nerve to state to me that I am not eligible to apply again for 30 days. Humph, as if I would!!

Firstly, I want to note that the food was great! We had a great meal, the pancakes were exactly what I was craving. My Hashbrowns were burnt and so were my gf while still tasty, I have to deduct points for that. Bacon nicely crisp & eggs cooked to perfection. Now here’s where the problem comes the waitress while sweet and human so they deserve patience… SHE WAS SO SLOW!! it took wayyyyy too long to get drinks and for her to take our order she was nearly confused like it was her first time looking at the menu. Besides the excruciating wait times and inconsistent sides. We saw a waitress a blond old lady coughing on the food while running her orders. Just coughing all along the establishment… then proceeded to clock out as we left coughing all outside too…

My grandmother loves Perkins so I thought I was treating her. The wait to be seated was the best part of my experience. My waitress seemed to not care we were there. She didn’t acknowledge my grandmother was using a walker and sat us really far from the door. I don’t think she smiled once, she was slow and unfriendly. While ordering we asked questions that seemed to annoy her. I asked for chewy not crispy bacon and she bought out raw bacon, my French Toast looked like regular toast and tasted like regular toast with cinnamon. My food was cold and so was the coffee. The only smile we received was from the woman who rang us up. I don’t recommend visiting this location.

I’m not the type to even leave reviews but those two girls that was working there was very rude. I walked in and waited for somebody to walk up to the cashier part so somebody can assist me with a DoorDash order that I had to do. Two ladies were up there as I stand and patiently waited for them to ask me if I needed help with anything. They didn’t even welcome, greated, or recognize me WHEN I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE BY THEM. They were steady communicating upon one another but couldn’t even ask me if I needed help. What’s the point of having “dashers please wait to for an employee to come assist” when they didn’t care to assist me. I literally had to grab the order myself in front of her. Like we both got jobs to do!! And the time was around 11:49pm January 5th

Party of 2. Husband ordered pancakes with berries and whipped cream. He loved his meal. I ordered turkey and stuffing. Everything was warm but not hot(sides mashed potatoes and corn) very salty and the stuffing was very, very dry. So dry, it was like pellets. I noticed that a lady across sent hers back for the same reason. A lady sitting alone chimed in saying she will never that again after having the same issue. She said stick with the burger. I ate all the corn, half of the mashed potatoes and no stuffing. I made a note for the waitress and she said her boss offered a slice of pie or muffin. I started having happy thoughts about the banana nut muffin. Happy thoughts went away the anticipated moistness did not happen it was very dry and stale to the point of hard crumbling. I guess I’ll stick with the burger and pie, maybe?

A great place for breakfast! A cheerful and positive atmosphere permeates the place from the very morning.
I’d especially like to mention the fresh pastries and aromatic coffee. The staff is always ready to help you choose and answer any questions.
The prices are quite affordable, especially considering the quality of the products and the level of service. Here you can not only have a delicious breakfast but also have a pleasant time with friends or colleagues.

I stopped in for an early breakfast today and honestly, the highlight of my yearvso farbwas being waited on by Vicki.
She is, without question, the sweetest person I’ve met in a long time. Its like she knew what I wanted bedore I did. When someone genuinely pays attention and cares about making your morning better it’s contagious and changed the entire trajectory of my day.
Her smile is the kind that stays with you after you leave—it lights up the whole section and makes everything feel a little warmer. She has this effortless, kind energy that just draws you in; I caught myself smiling back at her way more than necessary and lingering over my Sunrise Skillet longer than I should have, just hoping for one more quick chat.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to come back and say something because Vick made a bigger impact on me than I think she’ll ever know.
