Visited P.F. Chang’s recently and had a good overall experience. The ambiance is nice and feels comfortable for both casual dining and special occasions. The food was flavorful and well presented, and the portion sizes were decent. The service was friendly and attentive, and our order came out in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are on the higher side compared to regular Chinese restaurants, but the quality and consistency make it worth it. Overall, a solid place for Asian-inspired food when you want a relaxed sit-down meal.

I was in IL for work and wanted to try PF Chang’s since I’ve never been to one. Elisabeth was awesome! I told her I was a “kool-aid” drinker and what drink she would recommend and she knocked it out of the park with the Cherry Blossom Martini recommendation!
Their egg drop soup has to be one of my favorites and was a large helping. This helped me save my dinner to be for lunch the next day. Tried the Chang’s Spicy Chicken – this was delicious and had a nice kick to it!

Went for my son’s 25th birthday…everyone was excited because we have never been there before. It was good. A few mistakes on our order however I blame us more than our waiter Issac. I told him we were all over the place and I apologize because of that. Only thing I can say is my son was supposed to get a cake or something because it was his birthday, he didn’t get it but it ok…food was good, drinks was great, atmosphere was fantastic service was good…vibes was good. We will be back. I got a picture of my drink..of course ..but totally forgot to take a picture of my food ♀️

I am ordering for a third time from here. Every time everything was perfect. However today… I am not a fan of very spicy food, so ordered with no pepper, chili, onions. When my food arrived, it was still there . Kinda disappointed that they didn’t leave out what was asked.

I have lived in the US for over ten years, this was my first time eating at this restaurant. The dishes had been modified and didn’t quite suit Chinese tastes; every dish was sweet and oily. The service was better than other places, but the taste of the food should have been more important. My wife said the cookies they gave us at the end were much tastier than the food itself.

A friend and I had a nice lunch! Our server, Shadow, was great, providing information about the menu and suggesting options to meet dietary needs.
Also, Shadow had a nice way of getting us what we needed without interrupting our conversation.

I selected P.F. Chang’s for lunch to celebrate my coworker’ BD. Our waitress – Shadow, was friendly approachable and very helpful. She addressed all our needs and provided service in no time as we had limited time to enjoy the place. Friendly staff like Shadow make places we visit friendly and encourage us to come back to enjoy them even more. PF Chang’s is my choice for dinning. Good food. Good service. Friendly staff.
