I paid for 2 scoops of whey protein in my blueberry smoothie and she made more than one large cup in blender and threw half the blender down the sink drain. I ask about getting my 2 full scoops of protein in my drink that I paid extra for and she says it’s policy she can’t give me the extra. I said I didn’t want the extra just the 2 full scoops in my smoothie I paid extra for. She was very unhelpful and I feel like I get ripped off everytime I order with protein in my smoothie. This is the third time!! Plus may I add this girl waited on my wife and I with a napkin hanging out of her nose! Seriously?!?!

Fantastic location! Brand new, very clean! At first I thought they were a little slow, but I came to find they were also wrapping up a $300+ catering order at the same time so considering that, the service was very quick. Polite, courteous, attentive team members. And did I mention it was very clean?

First time trying them out. I have to say I’m super impressed. Brand new location which was super clean and inviting. Friendly staff without a wait. Order a Thai wrap which had grilled chicken, carrols, sesame seeds, wontons, cilantro, scallions, romaine a Thai peanut sauce. There was a perfect balance of fresh and spice. I also had a side of jalapeño corn and of course tried a smoothie. I ordered the CRANBERRY TRUFFLE™ SMOOTHIE which had strawberries, cranberry, non-fat yogurt & white chocolate and served with an edible strawberry straw. Very smooth and delicious. The white chocolate added a nice undertone. There actually is a drive thru. Give them a try. I enjoyed it!

The girl(Abigail-Nose Pierced) at the drive thru needs to have people person training. Apparently the lady that took the order didn’t put order in. When I got to the window the girl(Abigail) at the window had an attitude when I asked what happened. And she said that they have other things to do

Chicken pesto flatbread sandwich was quite good . I recommend it if you don’t have a lot of time and need a quick, filling bite .

I got a triple berry oat smoothie with no blueberries and an island green with no pineapple, adding more mango. The triple berry oat was great. As I went to drink my island green, I immediately spat it out and read the cup, which had also stained my hand with red permanent marker, it said island green, no MANGO, 2x pineapple. I’m allergic to pineapples. I’m disappointed that I had to dump a whole smoothie down the drain. Otherwise, I do like the place.

Got my usual drink with the usual modifications that I have had hundreds of times. Got it this time and it was not right. I went in to ask about if it was done correctly as I clearly see pieces of the wrong item in it. I had asked respectfully and apologized for the inconvenience. They just stared at me and didn’t even answer and just walked away as if she was gonna make it but did not engage in any conversation with rude snarks to each other. Then the girls were talking crap in the microphones to each other without even engaging in conversation with me. I asked, if it was a problem to make it again? The lady made it for me but it tasted only like ice. I have never had such rude customer service of my life. I just received ugly looks the whole time while I respectfully asked and apologized for them for the inconveniences. I have come here a few times before but I will never be back after this experience.
