I have been here many times, especially utilizing the drive through. Today, I ordered delivery to my work, and I was so impressed! The employee was super fast, and also very happy and friendly when he got here. Truly a 10/10 experience, and the caramel apple scone and pb cup cookie was delicious

Absolutely amazing place. I found them on tik tok and knew I needed to give them a try. My mom and I drove an hour and a half just for the coffee in a bucket and the service was amazing, nice, and very quick. Their coffee tasted fresh, bagels tasted as if they were homemade, nice and fluffy. Atmosphere was inviting, with indoor and outdoor seating. Great study, social, and relaxing vibes. 100% worth the drive!

So recently I had a pretty bad experience at a chain coffee shop that unfortunately led me to to leave the first BAD review I’ve had to write on Google, and I hate to do that, and I usually let little things go, but working in customer service myself, nothing bugs me more than being treated poorly by someone who’s business you are supporting. However, that just made me appreciate my local coffee shop THAT MUCH MORE! I’ve frequented Beca House since they opened and when one chain location gave me a bad experience the first time I tried it, Beca House has done nothing but impress me every single time ive been in, hundreds of times over since 2008! Not only is the coffee better than anywhere else, but you will always be greeted with a smile and a “welcome to Beca House” as warm as the coffee they’re serving! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and the entire staff is happy to go out of their way to serve you quickly, efficiently, and again, with a smile! You can tell when a business takes care of their staff when they all seem happy to be there and enjoy the job they do and the people they serve. You can feel that the moment you step through the door! Whether you’re picking up your morning go-go juice on the way to work, or just buying a bag of grounds to keep stocked for the coffee pot at home, Beca House Coffee is the one and only place you should think to get it from!

The hot chocolate they can do better. Can barely taste the chocolate it is mostly milk with a hint of faded chocolate color. Im so disappointed just better buy a packets of Starbucks hot cocoa.The coffee is hit and miss to be honest it depends on what kind of drip they have for the day. Pretty much coffee tastes the same except if you choose strong flavors. Had caramel macchiato and nothing like it.

I had the hazelnut latte, which was smooth and great! The decor is nice, they have an automatic sliding door, and they print a sticker on your drink with your name, which they get from your credit card. This place is really nice with reasonable prices. The dive through was busy, but kept moving. This place is legit.

Drove through on 12/23/25.
After asking some questions about the coffee at the drive thru speaker, I ordered a cold brew.
My wife agrees that the woman repeated back to me that I ordered a cold brew.
She then repeated our entire order, and told us to move forward. None of which I could really understand because I’m single sided deaf. My wife wasn’t paying attention at this point either.
At the window, I received two hot coffees and my daughter’s milk drink. At which point I start asking questions.
The woman at the window apparently (again can’t hear) tried to push me along, while I’m asking questions about my order.
I said I ordered a cold brew, she informs me she can get me a cold brew but that I’ll have to pay for it.
I discuss the situation with my wife beside me, we talk about moving on and the woman at the window says “I repeated your order to you.”
I tell her that I can’t hear, I have a disability.
To which she replies “I couldn’t hear you either.” And pushes me along.
I’ll never be back.

The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and amazing. The coffee is wonderful and they now sell buckets of coffee. Definitely my every morning stop! Beca Coffee is my favorite for sure!
