Absolutely amazing steak!!! We were able to reserve a place in line easily through Google maps and we were seated as soon as we walked in. Very good server! Quiet atmosphere and the best steak I’ve had in a long time!!!

They weren’t at full capacity. The waitress was not interested in our table. Kept walking by but didn’t check on us. Refilled drinks but they were the wrong ones. Tried to get a dessert and she asked if we needed a menu. Took another 5 min to get the menu. Took another 10 to get the order from is about dessert. We paid online as advertised at table. She said “I saw you paid on line, good night.” Then walked off without getting a tip. We don’t usually tip on card but with cash. She left so quick that we didn’t get a chance to give her it.

I recently came here for a meal with my family and was treated with excellence. From when I walked in and was greeted with the most amazing hostess, Maddie. It was easy to tell that she’s a very efficient worker. As we arrived she went to clean off a table for us and we were quickly seated. Our server Dan was phenomenal and the food the food was cooked with excellence. Overall my experience here was outstanding and I have ZERO complaints. Excellent work fellows!

Ready for a good meal, we stopped here and instead had an incredible dinner!! Steaks were cooked exactly how we wanted and we had the kindest server for three people who were very tired from the road. Great food and nice people is what you will find at Longhorn Steakhouse. The shrimp entree was tasty and light. The loaves of fresh warm bread and butter just kept coming along with a delicious stuffed mushroom appetizer. Lovers of cheese and mushrooms should order this concoction of bold, creamy cheeses stuffed into giant fresh mushrooms, served hot and gooey. Ask what cheeses are in it as we have forgotten it was so astounding. The salad dressings are diverse and the greens are fresh, that can be hard to find at restaurants.
The atmosphere is Carhartt casual to ties and dress shoes.

We went here to celebrate my sister’s birthday because this WAS her favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, the hostess was extremely rude. There were 5 of us meeting there and 2 of us were present while 2 were parking the car. Keep in mind the restaurant was slow, plenty of seating. We asked if we could be seated and she said no not until your whole party is here. She was very snobby, and when the other 2 people arrived I asked if we could be seated since we were only waiting on 1 person and she said “No” tightening her face, your whole party has to be here, it didn’t matter that 80% of our guests were there, so I said okay, it doesn’t seem like one person is coming, if they show up we’ll make room, so if you would kindly seat us? There were no other people waiting and plenty of tables, so she rolled her eyes and started walking with menus. As we followed her and sat down, I said “Thank you, this is perfect” she just snared a mean look and walked away. I never been treated that rude by a restaurant hostess, ever. My sister and her daughter were so upset, and I was very irritated, we were all in a great mood and this woman was just so rude and very unpleasant, she made it so uncomfortable. I wanted to leave but didn’t want to ruin my sister’s birthday so I blew it off. The waitress was very kind and sweet, if it wasn’t for that waitress, we definitely would have left. I can’t get over how extremely rude the hostess was, I hope the hostess was not a manager, she should not even be in hospitality. I can’t understand how people are so mean spirited apply in this industry. We will never go back to Longhorn steakhouse at Cottonwood again. Later my sister told me she wanted to leave as well but didn’t want to ruin it, we regret eating here today!!! Food was not good enough to make up for rude hostess.
