I went to this wendys and a woman named Carmen helped me even thigh I tried to be arrogant and correct her she still found a way fo help me and was good. Very good customer service. This wa Tuesday at 10/27 around like 2:45pm. Thank you to her once again. Thumbs up !

Stopped for a quick late dinner before our 2 hour drive back to Philly. The staff was very attentive and immediately greeted us. After placing my order, I went to use the restroom which was very clean. After getting my food, there was a small issue with my nuggets. The manager on duty was on top of it. Not only did he immediately acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter, he took one look at my nuggets and did not skip a beat when he went to grab me new nuggets. I feel like at other fast food restaurants, there would have been pushback. This manager provided exceptional customer service and is in business to make sure customers have a great experience. Not only was the staff super friendly, the restaurant as a whole, was very clean. The fountain drinks were all in working order. I feel like anytime I go to a fast food place with the freestyle machines, half the sodas/flavors are out. Just wanted to take the time to shout out the manager working this evening. He’s doing everything right.

The food here is good. It’s Wendy’s, it’s clean, it’s what you expect. However, my rating today is for the toilet. As far as places to poop near the Holland tunnel goes, this ranks first. They’ve never given me a problem, should I have to go but also don’t buy anything, and they are so chill about it that you buy something because you feel like it. Also, it’s clean. 10/10.

I got the 5.00 biggie bag. Upgrade my fries to large for another $1. Plus I got my free Frosty… Was so full, I couldn’t finish everything. The young lady who took care of me was very nice and professional. She smiled and we got a few jokes in which I appreciate. Good location
