Thank you, Olive Garden, for taking such good care of us even during a very busy time. We truly appreciated how accommodating and attentive the staff was despite the restaurant being packed. The food took a bit longer than usual, but that was completely understandable given how busy it was. I ordered the Tour of Italy (especially enjoyed the chicken parmigiana), and paired it with a glass of red Merlot—such a great combination. Overall, a pleasant experience with good food and kind service. We’ll gladly be back

Went in for a table for 2 in the bar area and waited to be greeted for almost 10 minutes. Our waitress came and she was a nice lady but service was unfortunately slow, we ordered appetizers and our entree once she first came into the table. We received our appetizer first then few minutes later our drinks. I was upset because it took awhile to receive our drinks. I ordered a split fettuccine, it was delicious. Would i come back? Yes, but would request a different server.

Perfect for italian cuisines. Food quality is top notch with enough quantity as well.
If you are looking for fine dine, then this should be on your list. The experience from entering to the restaurant till you go out is impactful.
Cheryl was the server for us. She did a fantastic job in suggesting the cuisine based on our likes and taste. Service was fast too.
We ordered minestrone chicken soup, chicken Alfredo pasta, fried shrimp.

My teenager and her friends (total 10) planned to have a meal together at this location. They are respectful teenagers, they all had CASH to pay the bill and CASH to pay for a hefty tip. They were turned away, with the reason that they never seat 10 at Olive Garden. Do better, Olive Garden Schaumburg! You are a family dining establishment and tuned away working teens who just wanted to spend a friend’s birthday. Thank goodness, their night wasn’t ruined, California Pizza Kitchen welcomed them in and they left a huge tip for their wait staff. If you plan on spending money at Olive Garden, DO NOT GO TO SCHAUMBURG. Go to Mt Prospect, Bloomingdale, or any other location so they can accommodate you much better

My sister and I had a very bad experience at this Olive Garden, mainly because of the service.
After we were seated, it took about 10 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. We ordered two Cokes — one with ice and one without. After waiting another 10 minutes, we got two Cokes with ice. I pointed it out, and the server fixed it, which was fine.
We then got our soup and appetizer. After we finished the soup, we waited around 10–15 minutes before anyone came back to us. No one asked if we wanted soup or bread refills. When the server finally came, we placed our entrée order. We ordered the same dish, but I asked if one of them could be made non-spicy because I can’t eat spicy food for medical reasons. The server said it was not a problem and that the sauce could be adjusted.
After placing our order, we waited 45 minutes and no one came to check on us at all. Finally, a woman (I believe a manager or supervisor) came to our table and said our food would be ready in about 20 more minutes. I told her that we had already been waiting for over an hour, which was very frustrating.
After more than an hour total, our food was finally brought by a different server. I asked which dish was not spicy, and he said he didn’t know because the kitchen didn’t tell him. He went to check and came back saying that the dish actually cannot be made non-spicy at all.
This was very upsetting because our original server told us it could be done. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was polite, but she confirmed that the dish could not be changed and suggested I order something else. That would have meant waiting another 20–30 minutes after already sitting there for over an hour.
At that point, I decided not to order anything. I didn’t have time to spend almost two hours waiting for food. The only thing offered was a free dessert, which honestly did not make up for the time and frustration.
My sister ate her meal, but I left very unhappy. No one checked on us after that, no one asked if they could do anything else, and no one even said goodbye when we left.
I’ve been to Olive Garden many times before and usually love it, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This visit was not acceptable, and the service was far below what I expect.

My family and I had dinner last night at Olive Garden in Shamburg.
They seated us at a table but we were the only ones in the room and it was cold. Although the food was on the table, we asked to move to another table where it was a little warmer.
The chef/manager personally came to us and seated us at another table, with a beautiful, excellent attitude.
The service was impeccable, the food was great . He even came to us once again to make sure everything was okay.
Great dinner, great job, Olive Garden manager and team!

Olive Garden is always a great choice! They have delicious veggie options like this spaghetti, and their food is tasty and fresh. The prices are also very reasonable for everyone. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice meal with good service and lots of vegetarian choices.
