It’s Papa Johns but here’s my take. The food was prepared correctly and timely. I was acknowledged right away. No complaints about this dinner at all. If you know Montgomery though you know this area. The parking lot has people sitting around, smells like Cheech and Chong, and might make a concealed carrier out of anyone frequenting it. Not your problem though if you’re ordering delivery, which I will likely do next time.

Would suggest y’all switch out whoever is answering phones, not only were they annoyed the moment they picked up, but were not at all pleasant to talk to. After I asked a few questions regarding delivery services, they tried rushing me off the phone and didn’t even bother to ask for an order? When I asked if I could order through this call, he made it obvious it was a bother. I ended up not ordering. I understand not loving the job you have or having a bad day, but you work in customer service. Please do better!

Horrible costumer service specially Nov 10 @11am. Got delivered the wrong pizza. I was told by the staff that I was wrong. Pizza ended up in the trash. Called corporate and I am still waiting to hear from the GM.

First time to order at this location. First time to eat at Papa John’s in over five years. I was craving what I remembered. This is the worst pizza I’ve had in a very long time. The dough wasn’t even done and my husband’s pizza was thin crust. Made him sick as a dog. My dough wasn’t cooked either (original crust). I even stuck both in the air fryer til the outside crust was burnt tasting and the middle was still raw!! Gross!!! Made my poor husband sick as a dog!!! Threw that $40 in the trash. Wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Very disappointing. Guess it’s not anything like I remember. YUCK!!! Wish I’d taken a picture. Ordered him The Works and all the ingredients was on one side of the pizza. very disappointing!!!

I FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD, DEFINITELY NOT MY TYPE OF HAIR. CALLED AND SPOKE TO A RUDE AND UNCONCERNED MANAGER. MANAGER DIDN’T APOLOGIZE OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I INFORMED THE MANAGER THAT I WOULD MAKE A REVIEW AND SHE SAID “SO, AND OKAY.” THE MANAGER QUESTIONED WHY I STILL HAD PIZZA LEFT OVER FROM FRIDAY EVENING…I GUESS I CAN’T EAT 2-3 SLICES PER DAY. I WON’T BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION. IT’S SAD TO SAY THAT, BUT THIS CREW ON FRIDAY EVENING NEEDS TO GO (EXCEPT FOR THE YOUNG GIRL AT THE REGISTER). THAT WAS ONE THE MOST “UNPROFESSIONAL LOOKING” GROUP OF PEOPLE I’VE EVER WITNESSED. I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OUT.
