I came here for dinner while staying the night in Asheville. The parking lot was full but we only had to wait around 5 minutes for a table. I had the salad and breadsticks. All of those were good. I had the zuppa Tuscana an and chicken and gnocchi. The chicken and gnocchi was a bit too thick and saltier than usual. I did try the new lighter portions spaghetti and meatballs. It was very good and I would recommend trying the new lighter menu. Overall this was a fine Olive Garden experience, not the best not the worst.

04OCT25 ~ Overall a good experience. I went there with several family members. There was ample parking. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was nice, friendly, and always seemed to come by at the right time. You go to a restaurant for the food and that is why I gave OG a four star. The salad was nothing short of great. They gave us more salad & bread as we needed it. However, my Chicken Alfredo was only okay. It was somewhat dried out, as if it sat under the warming lamp too long, and it tasted bland. Not a bad experience, but not a five-star experience either.

Drink and soup received shortly after ordering.
Zuppa had plenty of delicious potatoes, meat and Kale.

Excellent staff – attentive and accommodating.
Delicious food – I had the shrimp scampi! Tender tasty shrimp, swimming in angel hair pasta, savory sauce with tomato and asparagus!

Can’t say anything about the food since I was pretty much ignored. A hostess sat me at a table. I waited patiently for my server. Eventually two people were sat across from me server came ignored me took their order. Finally acknowledged me and asked what I wanted to drink without any type of greeting. He brings me my drink then takes the people’s order across from me and leaves. I finally just got up and went to the front to pay for my drink. The hostess got the server who told me don’t worry about it like he was doing me favor.

This was the craziest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in quite some time. I am also a service industry worker, so I try to always have some grace as I know sometimes we all have an off day. Our server was new, I didn’t catch her name but I don’t think this is her forte. There was no time to enjoy our salad or soup. Our entree came out maybe 3 minutes after we got our salad and soup. Very unprofessional, while we were ordering she took her phone out in the middle of my sentence!!!

Olive Garden has always been my top favorite restaurant. But this one has went downhill so much over the past few years. We went today for a birthday lunch and the service was HORRIBLE. We waited 45 minutes at 11:30 for 4 people. When we finally got sat down our server was even worse. She didn’t refill our drinks one time. And we asked for more Alfredo dipping sauce and never got it. Our salad looked like it had been sitting for a while. The lettuce was wilted. And the soup wasn’t hot. Just not a good experience. I hope they can get it together because it use to be great.

First I think it was Megan that helped us she was a sweet heart and she was on top of her job asked for refills and plenty of other things which I loved the way she attended us. The food was really good as you can tell by the pictures I posted. Customer service was good. Restaurant was nice and clean. Big parking lot for plenty of cars. Everyone had their mask on so that was good as well. Overall a great experience and time there. 10/10 recommend.
