When I went to order a large custard cup, the custard area was not clean at all, which was very concerning. Cleanliness is extremely important, especially around food preparation areas. Additionally, my order was initially given to the wrong person and then was almost handed to me afterward, which I found unacceptable.
As a result, I had to wait an additional 15–20 minutes for my burger to be remade (if it was remade—I couldn’t clearly see everything happening behind the counter). The entire experience was frustrating, especially since I used my reward points on this visit.
I am a frequent customer and normally have good experiences here, which is why this was so disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both cleanliness and order accuracy moving forward.
This made us question whether our food may have also been tampered with, which is extremely concerning from a customer safety standpoint.
We understand mistakes happen, but the attitude and what seemed like retaliation when we simply asked for what we paid for is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior and I encourage others to double-check their orders and be cautious.
