1st time I’ve been to this Wendy’s in quite some time. Due to past bad experiences. Although the food isn’t nearly as good as we all know Wendy’s can be. The service has improved dramatically. Everyone was polite and outgoing. And, even though they messed up our order, when I went in and told the guy, he was very polite and immediately corrected it. If they would just work on not giving over cooked nuggets and fries, and actually serve hot fries. They’d be top of the line, again.

The best late night service I’ve had at this location in a long time. I felt welcomed at both windows. My fries were hot and fresh, my sandwich was made just like I requested. And…..my chocolate frosty was perfect in texture and flavor. 5 STARS TONIGHT!!

Very friendly and sweet at window. They had great customer service. I love their fries more than their burgers. My husband love their burgers. Mine didn’t have enough condiments on it so it tasted a little plain. But it’s OK I’m not fund of the taste of their burgers but what matters is the friendliness and how organize they were. Keep up the good work. Ya’ll did an amazing job on Easter day. Bless you all who had to work and God bless you still doing a great job and smiling

We went to this wendys for the first time. First we waited awhile for someone to tale our order. Then the guy came up and was rude and impatient and didn’t want to explain or listen. Then he is bagging food and touching the food with no gloves on.. Then served us this. The chicken sandwhich wasnt even wrapped. I even said something and he didnt care. We will never go back to this Wendy’s.

There’s two fronts in Pike County this front always have fresh food and great customer service. Also they are very efficient when it comes to mobile orders!
They are always on time from my experience. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because they are always short staffed.

I always get the Chicken Pecan salad. I get this quite frequently, as it is always fresh, and good..great salad. My only complaint is I had always asked for the chicken to be cut up smaller, and for 4 years =they have done this..on my last visit they said they can not longer cut up the chicken smaller for bm…was a bit disappointed in this
