I love this Chick-Fil-A.

It is a fantastic, warm, and happy place with delicious and nourishing food at an unbeatable price.

The staff are A Plus and they are always working so hard to serve the customers and keep us all happy and satisfied!

The drive-thru works like clockwork and the dining room experience is as good as I could ask for.

I always feel taken care of, wanted, and invited here. It is my pleasure to come back to this restaurant time and time again!

I am so happy that Karen joined the team over here!

Every time I come here it’s an ever less impressive experience than before.

I got to the counter and wasn’t even greeted by the guy behind it, he just proceeded to ask me “what was the name” while looking down at his kiosk screen. While taking my order, he seemed more interested in completing my order rather than listening to what I actually wanted. I felt like I was on a timer. He didn’t bother asking about what cheese I wanted on the deluxe meal that I was going to order and frankly after having a long day, I didn’t feel like I wanted to go forth and state what cheese I wanted especially while feeling rushed. After completing my order I realized I didn’t ask for salt and pepper and hot sauce, I did actually go ahead and ask for that. He said “I’ll make sure I put it in the bag”

I got my order and the napkins and salt and pepper packs are thrown in there. This may honestly be the least of my concerns for this experience but it seems to add on the lackluster quality of professionalism. I’ve come here a few times before and disliked the costumer service that I was given but today happens to be the day I made a public review

Chic-fil-a gets it! I’m moving fast and forgot that it was breakfast time. I ordered nuggets and waffle fries. The associate said it will be 10-15 minutes on the fries. Those “other” places say “we don’t serve lunch until 10:30”. (Often rudely! ‍♀️) Furthermore, my card was declined! I pulled out the wrong card. She didn’t embarrass me by announcing it loudly. (Like the others…I’ve been there. ) Shout out to Kanyon!!! You’re a jewel!

Imagine how disgusted I was when I was eating a french fry and felt a long curly hair in my mouth. I pulled the fry out and the hair was literally wrapped around it. I feel sick to my stomach. I know it wasn’t my hair because I have a scarf on while I’m eating.

Food, service, and atmosphere are always top notch, really the best for any fast food. I tried their new Frosted Dr Pepper on this visit, and it was just ok. It was way too sweet, and I think Whataburger’s version was better (whenever they offer it, which is not often, sadly). I’ll try the diet version next time and see if it’s any better. Side comment: the fudge brownies and chocolate chunk cookies are amazing, like bakery-fresh good!! Of course, the prices are higher….. One more thing to Corporate: Bring back the cole slaw!!!!

I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and a berry parfait. When I got my order, the berry parfait had only a few blueberries and no strawberries…..it didn’t look appetizing

Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed a delivery order and never received my food. The restaurant kept giving excuses, saying there were “no updates” because the order wasn’t delivered yet—no solution, no accountability.
I contacted customer care and was told they would inform the restaurant and send me an update by email. Nothing came. After waiting over an hour, I contacted customer care again and was promised a refund.
It has now been 24 HOURS and I have received NOTHING—no food, no refund, no receipt, no email, and no explanation. This is beyond frustrating. Completely wasted my time and money. For a brand that claims good customer service, this experience was a joke. Never ordering again.

I had an order get messed up, but I was really impressed with the steps the staff took to help make things right. When I called to let them know I had an error in my order Miley(?) let me know I could just come back in with my receipt to get things corrected. When I did, Tyler was super helpful and made the process really easy. Mistakes happen, but these guys did an excellent job of making things right.

I come here once a week and I love how the young man outside in the drive-through lane knows who I am to check me in for my mobile order when I pull up 🙂 They have also only messed up an item from my order once which is better than other Chick-fil-A’s I’ve frequented.

I ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches, the original was too salty and the spicy one was a little salty, but delicious.
I recommend to eat spicy chicken sandwich!
In terms of taste and staffs, I would like to give 4 stars, but the reason I only give 3 stars is because I placed an online order in advance and went to pick it up, but even when I arrived at the store, I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive it.
Also the shake I ordered was missing so I had to wait again.
Rather, I saw the person who came to the store after I arrived and placed an order completed first.
Staff was friendly but there seems to be a problem with the order management system.
