Disrespectful window clerk with an attitude problem completely unprovoked. You cant hear them over their speaker and the order screen has been busted for over a year. Can’t see what they’re doing to make sure its right.
They forget or intentionally leave out food every time I’ve been there. Did a quick check got home and found out they didnt add the Third item in my 9 dollar box. Won’t be going back. Dont recommend anyone go either. Terrible location.

I ordered 4 gorditas and they turned out to be 4 cheesy ordinary crunch that I did not wanted, I stead of regular gorditas supreme with tomatoes added that I asked for along with chicken added instead of seasoning beef. There was no chicken on every single one of them, plus an order of 12 Cinnabon and got 6. I got robbed for what I paid for the meal which was $35.05 total take out. I recommend of not going there because the service was very very poor along with not having the right correct amount drawer to it’s register(s).

Literally, the most incompetent Taco Bell I have ever been to.. and this is a brand new facility. This is not the first time I have gotten messed up food, but I have never heard of someone so oblivious to their job they don’t notice they didn’t grill half of the quesadilla. Almost none of the cheese was melted on the grilled side either. Literally mind blowing. And they had plenty of time to cook it, there were 3 cars ahead of me and it took almost 15 minutes for them to clear 3 cars. I’ve read other reviews of them forgetting food, this has happened to me a few times with them. I will gladly drive across town to the other Taco Bell, they seem to know how to work in fast food. Franchise owner should really looking into retraining their staff.

I haven’t eaten at Taco Bell since I was like 15.. it’s been over a decade. I couldn’t believe what we paid for. We both got #1 supreme with a Pepsi and it came up to $21 for this, lol. There was barely any meat, I mean the picture doesn’t do it justice. There was probably a teaspoon or half a teaspoon of beef spread out. I won’t be back.

I purchased the beefy melt burritos yesterday, 3 of them, 1 without the frito chips. My daughter had the other 2 and she said they didn’t taste right… I didn’t get a chance to eat mine last night and just went to open it to add potatoes into it and found NO BEEF in my BEEFY MELT BURRITO!!!! I live like 16 miles from this Taco Bell and I am so angry! So very angry, because SEVERAL times I have ordered her they have gotten something wrong or even left OUT an entire item! I will avoid this one from now on! WON’T EAT HERE AGAIN IF I CAN AVOID IT!!!

dude all i ordered was 2 crispy cantina tacos plain and 2doritos locos tacos and a large baja blast.. this was my “crispy chicken cantina taco” bruh after a 10 hour shift ts actually pmo so bad and ts was 16!
