When we ate at Alfredo’s we had a very pleasant experience. We got the tomato basil sauce, the carbonara sauce and the almond arugula pesto with different noodles. Everything was spectacular and the service was great! The only thing I wish was different was that I had more food :)! I would say this food is better than “authentic Italian”.

This is an all-around great restaurant. The food tastes fresh, the atmosphere is a great, casual but homey vibe. I am not a pasta aficionado by any means but this is a great example of a quality meal at a great price. I wish I was closer so I could come back! Staff is also very friendly.

Put down your phone and just eat here! It’s that damn good!

During a recent trip, my wife and I ate here three times! All of the pasta is fresh and cooked perfectly. The sauces are tasty, flavorful, and plentiful. The garlic bread has a perfect texture and flavor. The Caesar salad salad is outstanding. Truthfully, this is an outstanding place to eat and such a little hole in the wall you would never expect it. The staff was always friendly, the chef is always eager to please, and overall, we were just thrilled. Obviously, we ate there three times in a short period of time!

Do those about to nosh, I salute you!

Note: for the record, on our third visit, we got it to go. The sauces, salad and garlic bread were all outstanding. The pasta had a little bit of an unusual flavor and we think that one of their pots had gone dry and the bottom had scorched. And when they had cooked the pasta in it, it picked up that burnt scorched flavor. Was not as pleasant as the previous two visits, but we think it was an honest mistake and we would not let that deter us from eating here again!

I usually take pictures of my meals but I was to hungry to tonight, I did order a Caesar salad, tomato soup and meatballs, my wife ordered Fettuccine Alfredo. All I can say is Tutti bene! Everything was excellent.

I wish we would have found this gem sooner as we are leaving for home in 2 days. Seating is minimal and they had constant take-out orders while we were here. This must be the place for excellent homemade Italian food.

GO HERE!!! Still sitting in here to write this. I’ve been to Italy, and these people clearly have as well. This was the best pasta I’ve had stateside. I will suggest this to everyone i kniw who comes to this area. The guy we ordered from, also very kind, we really liked him!

I got the bolognese with meatballs and it was a 10/10! The portion sizes are actually reasonable and quite light on the stomach, leaves plenty of room for dessert without feeling uncomfortably full! The cannolis were very charming and delicious. I typically don’t like garlic bread in general because I find the garlic flavor so stifling, but its actually quite mild in theirs! I genuinely enjoyed it, it certainly surpassed my expectations. The food is extremely high quality, you can tell there has been a lot of thought put into their menu. The staff are so friendly that you feel like you’re family the moment you walk in! The only thing I recommend for this restaurant is upgrading the utensils from plastic to metal, but I will definitely be returning if I come back to Folly Beach

Hear me out – you’re at the beach and everyone wants to eat seafood. I get it. But if you want to switch it up, head to Alfredo’s for pasta that is made fresh daily. This place is quaint and the food is served in to-go containers, so nothing fancy. Their energy is clearly focused on pumping out fantastic food (and having a clean bathroom). The sauces are homemade and you’d never mistake them for something from a can or jar. The Alfredo sauce is perfection and the brazed short ribs were the best we’ve ever had. We also ordered the sausage and lentil soup, and that was fantastic! You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing food—this is one of the places we bring guests when they visit Charleston/Folly Beach. Everyone has loved it. Handmade pasta noodles come in many varieties. Great flavor. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I shared garlic bread, spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken alfrado. She said it was not just the best pasta she’s ever had, but maybe the best meal she’s ever had. We got out it take out, walked two blocks to eat on the pier.

To my suprise, it was under 35 dollars for fresh handmade pasta, which I’ve never seen anyone else come close to that price. Can’t recommend enough.

Idc where you are in the city, take the drive down to folly Island and eat here.

We recently dined at Alfredo’s on Folly Beach and had an exceptional experience that I am eager to share. From the ambiance to the food, everything about this restaurant was top-notch.

Italian Salad
The meal began with the Italian Salad, which was a fresh and vibrant start. The salad featured a crisp mix of greens, ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives, all dressed in a tangy and well-balanced Italian vinaigrette. The freshness of the ingredients stood out, and the portion size was generous, making it a perfect starter to share.

Garlic Bread
Following the salad, we indulged in the Garlic Bread, and it did not disappoint. The bread was perfectly toasted with a golden, crispy crust and a soft, buttery center. Each slice was generously slathered with a rich garlic butter, enhanced by a sprinkling of herbs. It was addictive and complemented the rest of the meal wonderfully.

Spicy Calabrian Sandwich
The Spicy Calabrian Sandwich was packed with flavor. Served on a fresh, crusty roll, the sandwich was packed with, savory meat and melty cheese. The sandwich a standout item on the menu.

Fettuccine with Beef Ragu
The Fettuccine with Beef Ragu was the highlight of our meal. The fettuccine was cooked perfectly al dente, providing an excellent base for the rich and hearty beef ragu. The ragu was packed with tender pieces of beef and a deep, robust flavor that suggested hours of simmering. The sauce was well-seasoned and complemented the pasta beautifully, making each bite a delight.

Overall Experience
Overall, Alfredo’s on Folly Beach exceeded my expectations. The quality and flavor of the dishes, combined with the warm and inviting atmosphere, made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, Alfredo’s is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic and delicious Italian cuisine. I look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu.
