If this was a mystery shop this store failed. No greetings in the drive through, failed to verify order at the payment window, followed by failure to great as well. The service window was the same. Does McDonald’s not follow the gold standard anymore or is this going to the norm now??

In the morning it’s good and can be a little sloppy sometimes. It’s fast food so lower expectations. Saw some higher ups and they seem ok. 4 star out of all the mc ds I’ve been to.

The manager was very rude through the drive thru, we pulled through and asked if they had the halloween happy meals baskets just because it was late at night and we figured they might be out since it’s late and they were still new and didnt want to order something that we didn’t want. “Yes.” The managers tone of voice was very rude. “Alright, give us a minute we’re still looking through the menu.” Again her tone of voice was rude while replying with just “Okay.” I’ve worked the worst fast food jobs where noone was showing for their shifts so i had to drive thru, front cash register, and cook all on my lonesome during a rush and when someone asked for a minute it was ALWAYS “Alright, take your time!” and then just had a nasty tone of voice the entire rest of the time, even as we came through the drive. I understand it’s the end of your shift after a long hard day whatever but it was unprofessional and rude especially as a manager.

I mobile ordered a caramel iced coffee before stepping to the counter to order food. I received my coffee after my food. None of the food was fresh except the McDouble that I had them remake because I ordered with no pickle and there was extra pickle. The fries were cold and chewy, the nuggets were cold and tasted like old burnt oil.

Food was hot and ready-to-eat. There was barely any people there at the time. The lobby did have some people in it. The atmosphere kinda gave me must be quiet vibes like a library, they do have a play center for kids. The lady who took my order was super nice.And my food came out super quick.

As busy as they were and all the sirens going by due to a accident they not only got my food order right, it was fast and hot. I waited less than 5 minutes for my food. The ladies at the windows were polite and friendly

1-Star Review: Absolutely Unacceptable and Unsafe Experience
We ordered a Quarter Pounder with ketchup only for my 9-year-old who has a severe allergy and cannot have cheese or certain toppings due to a dairy sensitivity. The first hamburger came with everything despite our explicit request for ketchup only.
We brought it back, they took it and I requested a new one — what we were given was something which had been thrown together in haste, as though the individual ripped off the toppings angrily and then re-heated the same patty. It was sloppy, with ketchup everywhere, still some of what we asked not to be on the burger remaining, and it looked as though it had been played with. In the photo is what was given to me.
This wasn’t a mistake — it wasn’t safe. My child would have had allergic reaction if we hadn’t caught it. Allergy and diet information isn’t an option — it is required.
McDonald’s, you can do better. This lack of care is unacceptable, especially when the health of children is concerned.

The girl taking my order at the counter was exceptionally nice and the food was good too. We also get breakfast here a lot and it’s always good! Hot and fresh!
