Great Bengali and Indian restaurant with a good selection on their menu. Food is fresh, hot and tasty – something for everyone. Variety of spice levels. Staff are very attentive and welcoming. Buffet available on Sundays, but not personally had as I prefer a la carte. Great mid-week or weekend. Sorbet provided in between starter and main course and refreshing hot cloth at the end of the main meal.

Wasn’t so busy when I visited most recently, but had good music playing and food served at your pace. I’ve been 4/5 times over the last 18 months. Very reliable.

We got a take away tonight from here and I genuinely think this is one of the nicest curries we’ve had in a long time. It’s was absolutely delicious. There were 4 of us and each meal we had was excellent. Also the staff taking our order were lovely and the atmosphere in the restaurant was buzzing. Thank you ❤️

The Bina is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and a cosy, authentic atmosphere. The food is the real star here — full of rich flavours, fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced spices. Every dish tasted like it was made with true passion.

The menu has something for everyone, whether you love a creamy korma or something with a fiery kick. The portions are generous, and everything arrives piping hot. The service is friendly, attentive, and never rushed — you can tell the staff genuinely care about your experience.

I highly recommend trying the house specials — they’re unforgettable! Paired with fluffy naan and refreshing drinks, it’s the perfect meal every time.

If you’re craving proper Indian cuisine, The Bina is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. A true gem! ✨

Went in as a party of three, late (9:15pm) on a Thursday. They were happy to seat us. The service was exemplary, from the complimentary sorbet between courses, to offering dessert even though we were the only patrons left in the restaurant. Food was tasty, ambience pleasant, and restaurant clean. Will definitely go back! But hopefully won’t keep the lovely staff so late next time!

Update 21/05/2023. We went here for the Sunday buffet today. Service was really nice. The staff were nice and friendly, and communication was great. Food was nice and hot and was topped up while we were there. Buffet menu needs to be changed. The staff came to let us know the the curries were topped.

I was impressed. I asked if they were under new management and they replied ‘YES’. No wonder things were improved from the last time we were there. We were given a £10 off voucher. Overall, good experience today.

Updates The Sunday buffet was nice. It would be nice if the menu was changed ever so often or once in a while.

Update 07/08/2022. We went here today for the buffet, food wasn’t fresh. Naan bread was not replaced and the ones in the pot were dry. The service was poor. The young guy who took our payment was so miserable. After paying, he just slammed the receipt on the top. We said thank you and no response. Rude staff. Anyway, it will be a long time before we come here again.

Went with the family on a Tuesday night.. not very busy, but totally understandable as it was early in the week.
The staff are very attentive, polite and the restaurant has a nice ambiance . The food was hot , but lacked depth , decent portions so can’t complain . I had the lamb Kari ( spelt wrong no doubt) . I would go there again but order something with a bit more kick to it. Overall 3/5

Great tandoori, very extent menu but best to ask for recommendations and advice. Also, great touch when they brought the warm towels to clean your hands.
Would definitely go again.
Ordered the bharji (2) and garlic king prawns (4) for starters. Then two mains and a special fried rice. Came to 86£ with 1 beer and 4 glasses of wine. 2£ for 2 poppadoms + 4 dips, which were quite nice but we didn’t finish them (charged).

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Indian Sunday buffet at Bina Tandoori.

The food was very tasty. They had Tandoori Wings, Onion Bhajji and some lettuce and mint sauce for starters. Really enjoyed their starters as they were making it fresh and stayed warm and crispy.
Mains included plain naan, pilau rice, x3 veg curries, chicken madras, lamb madras, chicken tikka masala, korma and 1 other curry.
I couldn’t help but notice some areas that could use improvement. One notable concern was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Despite the tasty food, the ambiance was slightly tarnished by the lack of cleanliness, which detracted from the overall dining experience. The buffet area was messy, the floor was filthy with food and rubbish and I was given a very dirty highchair for my toddler, but I had asked to clean it before using it.
Maintaining a hygienic environment is crucial for any dining establishment, and I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.

Additionally, I encountered difficulties with parking near the restaurant, which added some inconvenience to my visit. Clearer instructions or alternative parking arrangements would undoubtedly enhance the accessibility.

Overall, my experience at the Indian Sunday buffet was good, but requires some room for improvement. It would be good, if they could add more items on the buffet option.

In conclusion, if you’re looking for a flavourful Sunday buffet, it is worth a visit. Just be prepared to overlook some minor flaws for the sake of a memorable dining experience.
