I’ve been ordering from this Dominos most of my life, never had issues. First time ordering since Covid OH MY GOD I don’t think I’ll ever order from this specific dominos again. Took over an hour for my order to be delivered 15 mins down the road, at my house that I’ve never had issues with delivery people delivering before (aka it’s a very easy to find house).
Somehow it took this delivery guy 45 minutes to find my house after he entered my neighborhood. My small, “1 road connects the whole neighborhood” neighborhood. When I called to ask where my pizza was, no one seemed concerned that their driver had been gone for 30+ mins at that point.

I’m really not much of a pizza person. But once every month or two, I’ll order from this location because I swear they make the best pizza this New Yorker has ever had. The stuffed cheese crust is embarrassingly delicious. And the people are just so nice and so accommodating. I always tip them extra too cause they’re always kind. Feel free to join me! Wet soggy wings… I decided this would be the last time I just let stuff slide… customer service sucks here now old management were on top of everything fresh food I rarely ever had issues and I’ve been living here going on 6 years… this new manager doesn’t speak English… refused to give blue cheese that’s literally supposed to come with the wings I didn’t ask for extra I asked for the 1 that’s I’ve always gotten with my wings… then on top of that how do you ask for well done wings meaning for them to cook longer and you get wet soggy wings… I asked for who’s over top of him to have their contact information or to leave a message and he skipped the question… I was going to return to the establishment for them to remake my food but instead I’ll continue my business with the papa John’s directly across the street spend a arm and a leg and then get bad quality, and bad customer service that’s insanity.

2nd time here because of the driving school upsatairs. Both times, big attitude by employees. Tried one more time. Ordered Deluxe, waited about 20 minutes, came out with a Hawaiian – don’t even sound alike. Gave me attitude again when corrected them. Just asked for my money back. This place wand their shitty attitudes will mess up your appetite. Go elsewhere! This place sucks!

Today was the second and last time I will get food from this place waited over an hour for my order and then the driver set my order on the ground outside the building door. He claimed the call went to voicemail but I never heard my phone ranged and it was in front of me. If I get sick I know who to sue.
