The overall experience was excellent. We were seated immediately and the service by Maggie was top-notch. I really liked the new Bayou Shrimp Bowl and my wife enjoyed the Oriental Salad. Job well done!!!

The most incredible part of our experience was our server Lexi. We had a ton of questions which she had all the answers to, and was incredibly patient. She was very attentive and most of all so friendly. If there is someone who should be the face of Applebees, it’s Lexi.
We ventured off of the goto items on the menu that we normally have and were glad we did. Food was great, service was incredible. Highly recommend.

I had Steven Miller as my server and he was absolutely excellent! I always ask for lemons with my water for two reasons. First it’s because I prefer the taste and second it tells me what type of server I’m dealing with, will they pay attention to the little details or not? Steven payed attention to the details and brought me out 4 lemons, but he didn’t stop there. He checked in with me at least 5 times, made sure everything was right with my food, made sure I had ample amounts of refills, was very welcoming and was just a very kind human being and I was only there for 45 minutes. Unfortunately this very hard to come by in today’s world, but not in Steven’s world! Every new water I had came with lemons and not because I kept asking, but because he remembered. Without people like Steven the world would be much worse off. It’s about the little details and Steven absolutely nailed it!

The worst chicken parmesean ever…small tough, overcooked chicken breast, pasta not saucey at all…thick and pasty. I got the 2 for $25. The 2nd meal was a steak, cooked MR, served at the same time as the chicken. It was in a go box with the lid on it…which just steamed it to Medium and it was as tough as the chicken. But the onion rings were good.
I don’t understand why all the TVs have to be so ridiculously loud.
This used to be a great place for reasonably priced good food. I’ve been here only about 5 times in the last year because of lousy food every time, unless I just get french onion soup and a salad, those are always good.
One time, the hostess seated me in a closed section and no one waited on me. The waiter that was done with his shift walked by my table and was surprised to see me. He ended up taking care of me. The salad with strawberries and balsamic dressing is really good. Just don’t order anything that has to be cooked

While our waitress did a great job with her personality and checking on us ,remembering details about our order, the meal itself was very slow to get started. Also my husband ordered the OMCheese burger, and it most definitely didn’t look as advertised. No gooey cheese dripping off of it or resting upon it.

Just came to pick up my Togo order which was told over by the bathrooms, nice. Left on table, cold. When I got it home my Oriental chicken salad looked like it was a portion size for a child. The container was half full and the 2 large containers of dresser were just smashed into it. They also forgot the almonds on the salad one of the best parts. $15 for a salad that was this small made me feel like i was getting screwed out of my hard earned money, which I rarely spend buying food from restaurants. I guess I won’t be doing again. Extremely disappointed with the quality control of this specific restaurant.

Seriously I don’t think it could get any worse. Ordered to go,asked for silverware. No silverware, our soup was literally two spoon full in a giant cup, mash potatoes just plain when they were supposed to be loaded seriously nothing on it. After 20 minutes I was given all the stuff I asked for so now I can go back out to the car and enjoy my cold rubber food. Absolutely ridiculous do better

Raelynn was amazing and one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She greeted me and my friend with the upmost positivity and was very patient with us. Her smile lit up the room and her personality made me so happy. No glaze, but I will be coming back because of her excellent service

Currently under construction, but a typical Applebee’s. Nice atmosphere with windows and/or bar seating. Clean environment and staff was pleasant.
