Raphael, the cashier, was amazing and has excellent customer service skills. He noticed I looked confused while looking at the menu and offered his assistance. Made me feel like I’m a regular customer although I don’t frequent the store. Very nice guy who deserves a promotion.

The team worked efficiently and effectively to serve the customers.
Unfortunately the fried chicken tenders were just not good! Unusually large, fatty, low quality chicken pieces. I must’ve gotten the wrong pieces of chicken, which I did not finish eating.
It’s usually good at this location!
I will try again and change my score if anything changes.

Just went through the drive through June 14th at 1pm. Told the woman in the window we were missing fries and a fork. The manager working next to her rolled her eyes and asked for our bag back. First off I have never had any place take food back through the window (because you’re not supposed to) but she essentially was accusing us of lying without saying it. Gave us the bag back, still no fork, another eye roll when we asked again. We were extremely nice so I have no idea what her problem was. The people working the drive through outside were extremely kind though!

Don’t eat at chic fil A roebuck!! This was Friday May 26, 2023. I stopped by chic fil A and ordered a spicy grilled filet Cobb salad. I ordered around 3:30pm. I got the salad, tied the bag up and proceed to leave. Once I got to my destination, I opened the salad, poured the dressing on it and as you can see I was tearing this salad the H^|| up until I looked down to eat my last bite and I spotted this fella. When I called, the manager (name unknown, but she was a young caucasian female) told me that the bug must have slipped in as they were washing their lettuce for the day. No lie, there is an issue with this chic fil A every time I go there. Before this incident appx 1 month before, my husband and I both had hard pieces of plastic in our same salads. From poor customer service, long lines to the intersection of roebuck parkway and poor food quality, this was definitely my last time eating here!!
