Upon entering Farro the first thing that hits you is the smell of the pizza oven. You are greeted in by some very pleasant staff who will get you settled in to very rustic but comfy seating & table.
The menu has a very wide selection to choose from, but they also have specials, 1 of them I had called: a chicken parm burger which had crispy breaded chicken topped with marinara sauce and grated Mozzarella baked served in brioche with rocket and crispy bacon served with side of skin on fries. It was absolutely genius. It really melted in the mouth. If it didn’t fill me up so much, I’d have ordered another 1. The person I enjoyed that evening with fairly enjoyed the authentic hand made pepperoni pizza and as she put it ‘something you would expect to find in Italy’. On this occasion I didn’t get a dessert, but I’m sure they would have definitely held up to a high standard of culinary perfection.
The kind and courteous staff checked in the odd time, making sure we were happy with everything, which is another nice bonus.
Okay, the 1 downside I had, and I do hate to do this because of how well I liked Farro. They do not serve alcohol within the building, and a lovely wine selection would go so far for them to compliment the food. You can bring your own bottle.
I really hope the best for Farro, and will definitely be returning for a meal. I may also come back to try their breakfast menu in the future also.
