Very disappointed with my turkey bacon sandwich, my sandwich was ripped in half, hot dog style, my cheese is old, (the corners are a dark orange). Our coffee was good, the women at the window also very nice, I just wish they would have a better idea of what food is supposed to look like. Using old cheese that looks like it was sitting on the corner the whole morning shift, disappointed but I guess to be expected since it is a coffee place.

I have been coming to this location for years, with no issues. Over the last 3 months, however, something changed. The coffee is watery and no one seems to know how to make a decent latte. The staff is mostly friendly, but their entire crew has changed and they need more skilled baristas.

Honestly, the worst experience I have had at a Time Hortons. The line was excessively long which I can usually handle. The staff was not friendly and it was clear that they were not paying attention to our order. It took them three tries to get a simple sandwich right (Sausage and cheese on an everything bagel). When we received our drink the guy at the window spilled sprinkles all over my husband. Again, wouldn’t be a huge deal but the amount of sprinkles spilled was ridiculous. His car seat and floor is now rainbow colored. We had to ask for a copy of our receipt 3 times before we actually received it. Once my husband went inside and talked to the manager we got everything straightened out. We will not be going here again.

This place is a waste of money. They never make anything the same twice. One day you can have a drink that is bitter with no sugar and the next day it overloaded and too sweet. The employees will try and tell you that your problem and don’t know how to order your drink……… I don’t have any issues with other locations when I’m out of town so I doubt the customer is the issue at this point. Save your hard earned money or go elsewhere because this place is a joke.
