Venti Earl Grey Tea, with two packets of honey!
Hi, one of my favorite Starbucks locations is the one at Jacaranda Square, in Sunrise Florida. I frequent the store at least 2 to 3 times a week. No matter what time of day, the store is always well stocked, and clean! The staff will always provide a welcoming hello, and a warm smile. A special shout out to Kay, and Jake. Before I hit the register they know exactly what I want.

This Starbucks in Pahrump has a nice dinner vibe. Surrounded by the beautiful desert scenery, this relatively small Starbucks features the same quality that you would expect of Starbucks everywhere, the friendly and attentive service and the somewhat high prices that are standard at Starbucks, the world over.
If I had to make a complaint, and what would a review be without one, the service was cordial but a bit slow. Maybe that is the desert vibe, as well.

In the early morning or evening, I suggest you enjoy your beverages and food outside in the fresh air, before the desert heat kicks in.

I have been to several Starbucks shops from the original first store up and down western Washington over the mountains in Leavenworth all over Spokane inland empire but have to say this store is the best from the greetings the awesome service the baristas provide the most cleanliness inside and out the team work and the awesome drinks even my special order, and the greetings writing on the cups personally. ( This is the starbucks I saw when they were starting to grow.)
I don’t see a barista pointing out there personal ideals I see a great coffee shop that provides the customers a great product and great services and this shop is in a small town that is awesome here in Pahrump NV.
(This to me is the store Starbucks needs to use as the model for all of the chain.)

I’ve had this problem 8 different times now and honestly i’m tired of it I don’t know if it’s the new staff being lazy or just poor teaching. I get a Pink drink and for some reason they repeatedly keep putting lemonade instead of coconut milk and I don’t understand why. Like today I went to in to get a Pink drink they ended up putting lemonade in both of them then I sent them back and I got them back correctly but they didn’t even blend them correctly I feel as though the staff needs to be taught properly or not at all.

Very quick service for a drive through. Girls are super friendly & kind to read off available hot sandwiches to know what is available. Visited there a couple times during my trip. Plenty of outdoor & indoor seating.

I ordered iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso only took 3 sips of my coffee, it had excessive ice, I did not get to enjoy my coffee, I paid for the ice and not the coffee!!

Very inconsistent, majority of the time my drink is made wrong. Rare when it’s made correctly. They always put wayyy too much ice even if you put lite ice.

Awful. I ordered delivery for a protien coffee, waffles and wrap. When it arrived I only got the wrap, an empty bag that had “all out” written on it, and no coffee. I placed a second order for a different coffee in hopes to get something that I ordered. When it arrived, it was not for my current order but it was the protien coffee I had previously ordered. It didn’t even have a sticker over the mouth piece of the lid so I can’t even trust to drink it. This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues with my delivery orders from this location, not including the ones that have been messed up in person. Would not recommend if you’re visiting town with no vehicle.

UPDATE: I am back one year later and Brooke STILL remembered that I like the ceramic mug! Remarkable! 5-star customer service all the way!
PREVIOUS REVIEW: In a brilliant move, Starbucks brought back the coffee shop experience! Mugs, glasses, and the condiment bar! Thankfully, this location is participating. I truly missed this experience. When I remarked about it to the young baristas behind the counter, I could tell that they thought I was a little silly. They have never known the magic of a ceramic mug! It’s like when soda companies switched from glass to plastic. It just didn’t taste the same. In Eastern places they understand that HOW something is served is just as important as WHAT is served. Starbucks obviously understands this too. Thank you for bringing the experience back!

Ordered my favorite drink and asked for it to be light ice because I have a sore throat. When they gave me my drink they had smirks on their face. When I saw my drink the cup was filled up almost all the way up with ice. Not the normal amount of ice but more than normal. Out of spite… just for giggles. Instead of making them make me a new one I left because I was very upset that they thought it was funny to do this. This will be my last time buying from this Starbucks…
