I have been coming here almost once a week for the last 3 years bc the trivia is fun. However very recently it has gotten to the point that I do not want to come anymore. the management here is bad… Constant turnover, bartenders are clueless. Food quality varies every night. For example, tonight it took over 50 minutes from the time I ordered to get the burger special for the night. Others at our table were over an hour.

Ordered delivery and received tiny, underbaked pizzas. Asked for a refund and was refused. Loved the hinge town location but this is horrible. Went out for a frozen pizza instead of eating Saucy’s “pizza”.

Tried emailing management to reconcile an issue first, but after a week of no response, I am writing a review instead.
My husband and I placed an online order through the website for salad, wings, and two pizzas that totaled a little over $50. When we got home with the order, we realized neither of the pizzas had cheese on it. I called and the pizza orders were remade. Though they had cheese, the order was again incorrect. One pizza was missing sausage and the other was supposed to be a cauliflower crust and was missing all of the toppings. As we were inconvenienced by having to come back to the restaurant to pickup the order, someone should have been even more attentive to ensuring they were correct. This did not happen and feels like a waste of money and time for us.
Save your money and time and get pizza from literally anywhere else.

Visiting Cleveland from California for family and I’m staying nearby Pinecrest Mall. Stopped here while my girlfriend got her nails done at the spa a couple of doors down. The staff is friendly, the premises are clean, the beer is delicious with over 15 crafted choices. Ordered an appetizer of bread sticks and red sauce. Damn! That Saucy red sauce is so good I had to ask for more. Plenty of seating and looks like a good place to bring your kids.

I never post reviews so the fact that you are reading this means I went out of my way to make sure nobody would make the same mistake I made.
Stopped in for lunch, asked for a recommendation for the beer on tap and the bartender doesn’t drink/have a recommendation. I would have looked past it if the 18 dollar nachos weren’t the smallest saddest excuse for an appetizer. It doesn’t matter if they ask you chicken or pork, because they didn’t even put enough meat on there for me to truly tell what kind of meat it was.
Honestly I am pretty glad we decided to skip the main course and go to chic fil a because if you mess up nachos there’s not much hope for something that actually requires effort.
Service was good, but I can get that somewhere else that’s half the price

I took my mom to Saucy Brew Works to check out their Mac & Cheese after seeing it on Food In Cleveland on IG (it was served in a skillet with lots of cheese). As you can see ours was served in an aluminum togo container. It tasted ok, but definitely not worth $14. I asked the bartender/waitress why it was served that way and she said “people keep stealing the skillets”.
The bread sticks were awful and inedible. Those are the clumps of hardened dough you see in the pic. The salad was also not as described and was missing the black bean corn salsa and the smoked cheese. The wings tasted ok. The bartender/waitress was friendly. But this is not a place I would recommend going.

After traveling for 8 hours on a road trip from Tennessee, my husband and I were hungry for pizza. We came across Saucy Brew Works through an app. We ordered food for delivery and we were not disappointed. The pizzas and salad were amazing. Some of the best pizza I have had! The pizza crust was perfect and the salad was fresh! I highly recommend ordering from Saucy Brew Works!

Confused as into why my review was taken down when I was a customer who just wanted to share a terrible experience. Started when I walked in to an empty restaurant, mind you no one else was there and I was never given water & then had to grab my own food and drinks myself. Next I ordered chicken tendered that looked like they were fresh out of the deep freezer and were Tyson chicken nugget quality. I could’ve gotten Arby’s chicken tenders and they would have been crispy and crunchy. Next my boyfriend ordered wings which were fried hard… but undercooked. I made a review the same day I dined… and I check to see if it’s still up and they took it down! Do not dine here and do not waste your money! STOP TAKING MY REVIEW DOWN!!

I ordered the Fungus Amongus 10in pizza. Firstoff, I’m not sure who did the toppings, but they gave up on 1/4 of the pizza. The crust was rock hard and probably could chip a tooth. Honestly I was really looking forward to this pizza and it was just plain disappointing. I also ordered their house mac and cheese. I am not sure what was going on with it, but it’s sour tasting and clumpy and just plain repulsive and inedible. I didn’t know it was possible to mess up mac and cheese this badly. The only edible thing in this order was the pretzel stick. NEVER AGAIN, what a waste of money….Had I not gotten this through Uber Eats I definitely would have returned it all.
