Managed to come in while one of Peoria’s legendary bartenders was working this morning! Michelle rules! Got what I always get, a Mikey’s special with a bloody Mary! Finished it off with a Yeungling draft! I wasn’t sure if I’d finish my meal but I made it through! Remember cash only!

The pork tenderloin was worth every penny. As well as the reuben sandwich and ham and cheese omelet. Generous portions at a great price. The tenderloin sandwich was only 7.50. The service was prompt and very nice. It was also clean and a great place to play some games and have a couple of beers. Also a great breakfast place! Highly recommended. I gave it five stars because in comparison to like competitors it stood far above in food and performance!

Go for Breakfast on the weekends and get a Mikey special it’s good even if you aren’t hungry and if you are hungry it will fill you up. Cans of beer, slot machines. Right off Prospect in Peoria Heights.

Great lil place. We did the 12egg denver omelet challenge. The omelet had mega flavor! The waitress was awesome and ghe chef even came out to chear us on. I recomend the breakfast!!!

Husband and I went here for the 1st time to try breakfast. While sitting at the bar after we got our Bloody Mary’s, we asked for menus. About 20 minutes later, another couple sat at the bar next to us and got their drinks right away, and she asked them if they wanted menus. We never received menus or got to order breakfast. Needless to say, we paid for our drinks and left. Service was beyond terrible. Food, I can’t say as we weren’t able to try. The atmosphere was just okay, but since our experience was so unpleasant, we won’t be back. If you can literally sit at the bar and still you are unable to place an order for food, there is something wrong.

It was my first trip there — meet some folks for lunch. We had good beer, good food, and good company. What’s not to like? The wife had a half pound burger, I had a big bowl of chili, both dishes were very well prepared and very tasty. We each had 2 draft beers and the tab was just over $17 — not too bad! Their breakfast looks very good and we will definitely stop in for that soon.

People were nice, but breakfast is not their strong point. A bit slow, kinda nasty menus, and food was just ok.
If looking for a cute breakfast place with nice coffee, go somewhere else. If you are looking to get a few beers with your eggs, this is your place.

The menu I was given was stained, wrinkled, and disgusting. As a bar, I wonder why you don’t have laminated menus you can easily wipe down. Sleazy looking place, and I can’t even give an opinion on the food because we walked out after a 15 minute wait. Why? Our waiter was very dismissive and quick with us. She was also the only person working as the bar got busier by the minute. It wasn’t worth waiting for hash browns and eggs.

REALLY like this place. Small, homey bar. My girlfriend and I are always looking for a nearby pool table.
