We always get to go. Your handicap sign is hanging on with 1 screw. Falling off. Looks trashy. Fix it. Will look better. You forgot our salads, we checked our food in the parking lot due to every establishment always forgets something. You got $5 tip. Maybe you mad. Idk.

Went for Valentines 2025. Made a reservation……yeah that was a joke. Showed up 30 minutes early and waited for an hour and a half. Food tucked because they were just trying to get it out in a hurry. I understand they were busy but you shouldn’t over do your reservation list. Went back this year and got the same waitress who remembered us from last year (she was awesome and the best part about both trips). Only this time we went the day after Valentines in a strategic move…lol. No wait. Food was pretty good other than pretty sure I got a new York strip instead of the ribeye I ordered and it had a lot of bristle. Sweet tater was amazing! Going back next year.

Went today at lunchtime. Was seated. Waiter was great. However. The whole meal was botched. Got one bread. Their was 2 of us. The butter was rancid and sent it back. Ordered two 13 ounce ribeye steaks and was brought 2 over seasoned clumps of salty sirloin. The blooming onion was not completely cooked. Raw batter was around the whole onion and was too dark in color for what was cooked. The oil was low and needed to be changed badly. The macaroni and cheese had no appeal to the eye and had me guessing the flavor and ingredients. It tasted funky. More than Which tells me that the oil was low and needed to be changed. Whoever was in the kitchen really ruined what could have been a great visit. Then the astronomical price came. Right at 100 dollars for food that was off in every way. That’s my experience. I saw a tiktok of someone ordering a few items off of Outback’s new holiday menu and I thought they looked pretty good. Especially the bloomin fried shrimp. I’m also a sucker for anything with chimichurri.

I grabbed my wife and 2 of my boys (the other was at work) and we heading on over to Outback Steakhouse. We were politely greeted as we walked in and quickly shown to a table. Our waitress came by shortly after and took our drink order, as well as our appetizers.

A few minutes went by and they brought our drinks out and some bread and butter. Unfortunately the bread wasn’t even remotely warm, but we still ate it.

A few more minutes went by and she brought out the bloomin fried shrimp and the 3 cheese steak dip. The shrimp were honestly sooooo good, especially dipped in their signature bloom sauce. The steak dip was also really good. We all enjoyed it.

Maybe 5 minutes or so went by and they brought out the rest of the food. I couldn’t help but laugh on the inside when they sat my steak down . I understand that the food that’s brought out won’t always look exactly like what you see on the menu or even the commercials. Unfortunately, mine wasn’t even close. Prior to eating there, I watched a few different tiktoks of people ordering the chimichurri steak and theirs actually looked like (pictured below) what you see on the menu, so I don’t really feel like my complaint isn’t warranted at all. I also asked for the bloomin carrot crunch to be left off, seeing as I’m not a fan of carrots.

I asked the gentleman who dropped the food off to bring a manager by whenever he had a chance.

The manager stopped by the table and asked if they could either remake it or remove it from the ticket. I chose to have it removed. The filet itself was rather tough, so I really didn’t want to take a chance of it happening again. She was very kind and quick to resolve the issue. They also forgot to take off the onions and tomatoes from my wife’s wedge salad. Although my wife picked them off, they still were nice enough and made her a new one without us even asking.

My twins steaks came out perfectly cooked and very tender.

I’d go back for the shrimp without a doubt and I highly recommend everyone trying them as well. The waitress and the manager were all very polite and they honestly made the experience suck a bit less haha.

This location (Tyler Texas) is always AMAZING!!
The staff, the food GREAT! I always order to go because I live so far away and my order is always correct. I always ask for extra shit that’s not available on the app and they always take care of me. The only thing I was up set with is, Brussel sprouts were not on the menu anymore. Will be back ASAP.

I ordered online after working 57 hrs and spent 90$ . Food was horrible. Very dry tasted like they didn’t want to work that night . I also added in a 4oz lobster tail that was about as big as 2 shrimp stacked together. Total waste of money and time . I tried to treat myself to a nice meal because I worked for it . Doing countless hours in heath care I might add just to be utterly disappointed. I called to try make a complaint but the hosts who was very nice said the manger Dylan was very busy and he would get back with me . Well he never did . The pasta was very dry and way too much for the amount of shrimp and unseasoned steak we had got . The amount of Alfredo‘s sauce was laughable compared to how much pasta we had . Complete waste of 90$ in this economy.

If I could I would give them 0 stars, and we will never set foot in this location again. The food was OK but not what I expect from Outback. The service and management was atrocious. Atmosphere was standard for Outback.
We went on veterans day for the special deal, my husband is a disabled Veteran. When they brought the bill, there was no discount applied, but the waiter assured us the bill would be adjusted at the register. When he brought the receipt it was for the full amount with an additional 15-20% tip added.
On the way out I took it to the manager who said “I will credit the whole original and just charge you for your meal.” So I got the receipt for that.
The FRAUD is they did not give us a credit and they charged about 85.00 for a less than 15.00 meal. They never gave be the first receipt back so I can’t prove it. They took advantage of 2 seniors one of them a disabled US veteran.

My wife and I came here for lunch on Veterans Day to celebrate my 4 years active duty in the Air Force. The staff was amazing and the food was hot and fresh and came out fast. They gave us both of our meals on the house and made me feel very special and appreciated. They have definitely earned our business and respect for life. Thank you so much for the appreciation!
