Decided to try the new Teriyaki Blitz Cheesesteak this afternoon and after ordering and getting ready to stack on the toppings I noticed the Artist had set up for a Chicken Teriyaki instead, So I had a Chicken Teriyaki Combo. It was pretty decent but the bread was stale and the lobby lacked a clean feeling. Even the drink machines aren’t functioning properly and I didn’t even make an attempt to use the restroom. The ladies that were working did great with service though.

Hurts my stomach every time I go. Get food poisoning just from this particular location. I tried other subways and I’m fine, this one isn’t well taken care of. Be careful!

Ordered twice first time ordered for my 30 min lunch showed up and it was canceled no reason just said it would be refunded in DAYS couldn’t make the sandwiches in store had to pay again. I left empty handed and all the workers got nothing.. Gave them the benefit of the doubt Second time took my money and couldn’t make the sandwiches said it would be refunded in DAYS away and the lady was VERY rude. Sounds like lazy employees to me I’ll never go back.. She said she was the manager and nothing she could do to help both times. Waste of time no help or assistance garbage service

This subway is probably going to make me boycott subway all together. The manager is absolutely the worse because all she did was keep repeating the fact that the money might be held up for whoever knows cause she sure didn’t. All she said was we didn’t get the order (even though I had it on the app) and since they didn’t get the order the money will eventually return to my account. Absolutely ridiculous service and attitude she was a broken record and at this point I can’t put money into a company with managers like and not even receive any food or service for that fact.

The quality of the food and service depends heavily on the workers. Some are really friendly, welcoming and put your sandwich together with quality. On the other hand, with a few workers I’ve had a consistent problem, that when getting sauce on my sandwich, they will put all the sauce on the very edge of the bread instead of the crease. So when they close the sandwich, it all comes out of the sandwich onto the paper, and barely any sauce gets in the sandwich. Plus it covers the exterior of the sandwich in sauce, making a mess. These workers also don’t close the sandwich well or put topings in well.

Best subway around here.
Way better than Parsons TN we drive to Lexington every time we want subway its so good. The portions are current they don’t skimp they make the sandwiches really good here. Love that it has a drive thru for pick up orders as well. The employees are great. It’s clean to.

They cannot seem to make my order right any time I’m there. They will look you in the face while you tell them “no (specific veggie) and they will slap it on your sandwich anyway. Communication barrier . Foods never correct.

I had 3 teenage kids to go in & get their lunch today & the 2 ladies that was working was beyond rude to them. They asked one child what kind of sandwich, she told them the bread she wanted & the lady yelled at her saying “I said what sandwich”, they was slamming the oven thing & rolling their eyes at my kids.. We will NEVER be back to this location & will also be reporting this to the head of this corporation… There has been multiple people to say how rude the workers are there, if y’all can’t do no better than what yall are I’d advise yall to get new employees that like to work around the public!!

Ordered off the app thirty minutes before arrival. Arrived two minutes after the order on the app said ready for the employee to let me know someone had took my order. So after a little back and forth trying to figure out they finally made my food and ended up without half the order. Said screw it I’m just never going back to deal with them.
