Great food. Very fresh, high energy high volume. Recommend reservation is it can be a bit of a wave. Shrimp noodles, soup and rice were fantastic. Steak was a little overcooked.

I enjoyed my visit here. We decided to come for a weekday lunch when it’s not too crowded. We had other people at our table but we were able to spread out. Shelby our server was very attentive. Food and the chef’s show was great. Everything was delicious from the soup, noodles, mixed veggies, and hibachi chicken. Only complaint was our salads had too much dressing. We had plenty of leftovers to take home. Don’t forget to tip the chef! I will definitely be back.

Today I ordered steak hibachi for $35 to go and was incredibly disappointed. I was told the food would take 25-30 minutes to prepare and was surprised to receive notice that the food was ready in 10 minutes. It takes 2 minutes to bag alone. This food was NOT made to order. It was not hot and the vegetables were wilted as if slowly cooking for at least the last hour. My receipt of purchase was 3:14PM. The original order readiness was at 3:24PM. I took approximately 5-7 minutes going to my car trying the food and returning to the receptionist requesting the order be remade and made fresh. The second order was prepared by 3:37PM. Excluding bagging, no more than 4-5 minutes were spent on my remake. Steak alone takes 8-10 minutes to prepare. I spoke to the manager Daniel and was rushed in expressing my disappointment. He communicated that the kitchen made my food fresh and that it is impossible to cook food in 4 minutes. He After I insisted the remake was made in a few minutes he communicated that the kitchen may not know English. I REGRET not demanding a refund and will not be ordering food here again. If you choose to eat here, DINE IN ONLY.

Edit: Thank you for your response.

I appreciate the apology. My concern was primarily about the quality of the food, not just the wait time or the interaction. Receiving a $35 steak hibachi in 10 minutes after being told 25–30 minutes raised concerns that it was rushed, and unfortunately the quality reflected that.

I shared this to help improve the experience and would appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

They have someone in site taking pictures for $20. I didn’t dress up the day I went but the picture quality did not lack so I had to purchase it. As for the food…. Also a hit! Plenty of left overs

As a party of 4, we revisited Hamada, which turned out to be very distasteful! This was the 2nd of 2 visits, and will be the last! We waited for greater than an hour for our chef to arrive while the table behind us was empty when we sat down, filled, served, and empty before our chef ever arrived. The waitress had served us soup, salad, and even 2nds on drinks, but couldn’t explain what the hold up was, other than to say she checked. After 15 minutes, we left the table to speak manager, who explained that the wait depends on when the order was turned in to be filled, we gathered there was a delay somewhere with the waitress. Nonetheless, it was ridiculous! After roughly 15 more minutes, the chef arrived. He reviewed and confirmed our orders and began cleaning the grill, then cooking, often referring back to the orders. He didn’t have enough noodles, so he served them sparingly. He scorched the rice, and piled extra veggies on 2 of the patrons plates. The proportions of the shared food was distributed unfairly among the people seated at out table even though we had gotten full during the extreme wait on salad, drinks, and refills, so we packed our meal to carry out The waitress came speedily with the bills, though. We paid our bill at the front counter during which time we reiterated to the manager how displeased we were with the service. He apologized, unbothered by our concerns, while handing us our receipt. When I told him I’d be posting a review, he offered us 2 complimentary soft drinks as compensation! I felt we should have been offered a percentage off the bill, or complimentary meals. After all, it was pretty unnerving that we sat at our table and watched 2 tables of patrons come and go, get served and leave before we ever received the attention we had to initiate.
