Elizabeth City Domino’s has they absolute worse customer service i have ever experienced. My family and I ordered pizzas and when they arrived they were overcooked. We took them back into to restaurant and a delivery driver ame to the coujnter to address our concerns, he refused to let us speak with the manager, he was very rude and unprofessional. Later we learned that two managers were present and in ear distance of the conversation, and never intervened. One manager even said “Im not talking to them”, came to the counter where we were standing, clocked out and left. When we advised that we would calling corporate,the other manager acted as if he didn’t know the name of the staff members on his shift. They never remade the pizza and did not offer a refund.

A place two orders online and called to try to let these people know that I had someone else coming to pick it up the person who answered the phone and cut me off rudely said that they were working on my order and then immediately hung up on me. When I call back to speak to a manager they hung up on me again. Incredibly rude people do not order here go anywhere else you don’t have to deal with the rudeness.

ETA We tried one more time and we ended up with a cooked cockroach on our pizza!

I’ve given this place chance after chance. Told 30 minutes for delivery and it’s taking well over an hour now. We can’t even call to cancel our order as they never pick up. Order will say ready via the app, and it just sits.

HORRIBLE service would NOT recommend. Had an order placed and the tracker said it was being prepared and had been done for awhile, family who was picking up had went inside after waiting for an hour and they couldn’t find the order. Then called and they found it in there system and was left on hold and phone was never picked up again. Called them back again and they said the food hadn’t even went in yet. Waited almost 2 hours for PART of the order and they were still working on one of the three pizzas. Service workers just argued back too. Also saw a worker open up a box of bread bites waiting to be taken out and eat one. Definitely won’t be going back.

I put in our order at 5:25 PM online and the website told me that the order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at the location at 6:05 PM and found that our order was just then being prepped. After a long wait, one of the staff brought me what appeared to be my order. Foolishly, I did not check it and drove back to my hotel.

When I opened the pizzas in my room, I found that neither was as ordered. My wife’s cheese pizza was a chicken pizza and my sausage pizza had only a microscopic amount of sausage. Both of the side items were correct.

At that time, my wife called the location to report the problem with her pizza and wad still on hold when I arrived back there, some 20 minutes later. I heard the phone at the location ringing with no response from the staff. After a while, a lady who appeared to be in charge, told a staff person to answer the phone and put the caller on hold.

I was puzzled that only about half of the crew were still present and that new orders were being posted with nearly 1 hour wait times.
I was approached by another staff member who asked me what was wrong with my wife’s pizza. I told her. She put in an order to have it remade and put it at the front of the queue. I did not return the sausage pizza as I had eaten some of it.

While waiting, I watched the crew working hard and catching up on the backlog and was impressed.
I acknowledge that as it was new year’s eve and they were really being slammed, some delay was inevitable, but not to tell customers the expected wait time is inexcusable and unprofessional.

This location is not representative of Domino’s. I have been buying from you for many years and will continue to do so, but not at this location.

Terrible service and communication. Placed my order and received a call. No onions, not a problem have no issue with that. What I do have an issue with is the lack of communication from the personnel there to relay that they do not have a delivery driver. Simple fix, but instead my order is sitting in the tracker for over an hour “awaiting delivery driver pickup”. Call up and ask for status, only to THEN get told it’s ready but they don’t have delivery drivers.. No decency to communicate the situation to customers, unapologetic of the situation, absolute 0 customer care. No thought of calling the orders for delivery and saying WE CANT DELIVER. This isn’t a Dominos problem, it’s a people problem. This is embarrassing and I’m never returning/placing another order at this location. Good riddance.

Was told the delivery time was 30-40 minutes, we waited an hour and a half to call to see about our order and was told they only had one delivery driver. The app said our pizza had been sitting there ready for an hour. When we asked if our pizza would still be fresh and hot when we got it, we were told that we would get the pizza that had been sitting there and that our order would “still be a long while” to get. After waiting for over an hour we just cancelled.
